Pizza Hut

Bad Service...My family, and I had to stay in Lubbock for an emergency. We ordered pizza from our Hotel Room, they said it would take an hr to have it delivered. I was ok with that. Later on we get a phone call saying that the delivery was going to take a little longer, once again I was ok with that. They called again after waiting for an hr and a half saying that our pizza got put with the carryout orders, so that it was going to take longer because they didn't want to give me cold pizza, I then asked to speak with a manager, when she got on the phone, she was rude, I told her our situation, she did offer to give us our food for free, then she puts me on hold. She than gets back on to say that they didn't deliver to the HOTEL i was at. I was furious. So after getting off the phone with her, about 30 minutes passed, and We hear a knock at the door. It was the pizza man, I told him that I no longer wanted the pizza, and I mentioned to him what his manager told me about not delivering over to that Hotel. He than said " he delivered there all the time". I called the next day, and same BS, I asked for corporate number, and she refused to give it to me...

OMG! We just tried to order pizza over the phone for delivery. The girl would not take our order she just argued about the specials. We asked to speak with the manager and she said she was the manager. WOW I hope this is not the typical PH mgr because they will lose all of their business. I've dealt with rude but really. My suggestion is to find another pizza option if you can!!!

I've already had problems with this Pizza Hut and they were minor but this is where I'll stop ordering from there. Yesterday I talk to a girl on the phone and she was a sweetie and she got everything right but throughout the whole phone call she sounded so sick I felt terrible for hanging up BUT if that Pizza Hut lets their employees work in that condition then you probably do NOT want to get your pizza from an unsanitary place!!!

They serve old dough passed it's shelf date, even though the employees know not to use it. The Manager Ganilla tells them to anyway so she can keep her profits up and get a bigger bonus at the end of the year. DO NOT EAT AT THIS PIZZA HUT!!!! The drivers don't clean the dishes properly and leave small traces of food on the dishes which the cook use to make pizzas.
