Never been inside. Drive through was decent my last visit. Normally, they have manners or customer service skills. The food previously has been just okay. Tonight, it was a joke. They call it a whopper melt. It's tiny and bland. I grew up loving their huge flame broiled whoppers. Today they are failing miserably. I won't revisit this location again. Seeing as how horribly cheap and small their burgers have gotten, this franchise has lost my business.

The food is absolutely horrible. Bought the chicken sandwich's that were advertised and they came out basically like subs THAT WERE NOT EVEN COOKED ONE WHOLE SIDE WAS RAW. Wouldn’t even feed that to any of my animals. Definitely would love to make a call to the health inspector. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Takes 10 minutes to get through a drive through with 3 cars in it, such a waste of time, they just leave you sitting at the menu don’t even say hello we will be right with you. Terrible service

This location is always ran well. The drive thru line sometimes gets backed up so far, vehicles are blocking traffic just trying to get into and out of the shopping plaza entrance. Inside is never a long line.

The manager was a super sweet lady & she made my day. She didn’t even know me and she went out of her way to give me my drink and fries for free & it was super sweet. She deserves a raise or a promotion.
She had excellent customer service skills, she was sweet and polite. The world needs more people like her. :) thank you for serving me today! The whole establishment here was super polit,friendly and clean. All the workers put there all into it!

The hash browns they gave me were clearly old, but only refried/reheated. They are solid rock. They didn’t have many options of food available since they were out of a lot of things. They should have just said the same thing about the hash browns if they are serving this.
