Orders are always ready in approximately 10 minutes. Never, has anything been missing or wrong on an order placed. We order from here somewhat frequently, and the food is always consistent, hot, and delicious.

I’m surprised at some of the negative reviews but everyone’s experience is different. When I visit family in lox this place goes above and beyond and if they closed, they still had made my food as long as I could come ASAP. Very awesome place

I've never met worse employees in my life. Every time I have been in there, they have been extremely rude for no reason. I walked in to pay for my food and pulled out my debit card and she looks at me, rolls her eyes and says "come on you don't have cash?" Even though they take debit! The other night I walked in at 9:20 to order (they closed at 10) and she looks at me and starts yelling "Out! We already close! No! We already close!" If you aren't going to stay open until 10, then don't put it on your door, menu, or website! I love chinese but these people do not deserve my money anymore.

Very rude lady attending to customers. Acts like you are beneath her and like you are not paying for the food you are about to get. If you don’t want to get upset please don’t visit this place the food is not great anyways.
