I received coupons in the mail for subway at ANY LOCATION in palm beach, so I was excited about going, when I got there the employee said that the owner said he doesn't want to accept coupons at this time? and not at this location..... AS i was leaving i saw a business card that said her name on it, come to find out shes the owner. Mrs. Patel. dont send coupons out if your not going to accept them.

This is another best subway location I've been. The owner here and other employees are so enthusiastic to see you there. They will greet you from start till the end. They will honestly make you feel welcomed and will artistically make your sandwich while talking to you. Everything is just perfect and clean at this location. There should be no reason about other people giving bad reviews about this place, and if they still do then they lack alot of gratitude I would say. This place is really amazing. The only thing I would recommend is to close a little bit late around 8pm maybe. Overall 100+ satisfaction.

I ordered a sandwhich at 2pm doir dadh never picked up the food, two hours later still didn't get my food after door dash asked subway to find the order again. At this point I was done and wanted my money back door dash was not responsible for refunding since ordered from the app. I asked the womsn at subway to refund my money she said no she had made two sandwiches I was like idc how many you made I deserve my refund since I didn't get my food. After calling serveral times she wouldn't answer the phone which is rude and bad business don't order from the app and don't order from these people they steal from. People. Door dash sucks and this place is horrible beware
