The food is cooked consistently well and usually tastes good... but around nine out of ten times the order comes out incorrect or something is missing. Even after they repeat it back to you and the items are all listed out in front of you

Not 24 hours
Online, their app, and their outdoor sign lists 24 hr drive-thru. Not sure if this is a pandemic issue and lack of updating on a corporate level or if the night-time crew would rather not take orders. Though, I’ve had consistent issues like this in the last year with random closing times (sometimes 10pm, sometimes midnight).
I’m not really here to give a hard time — just here for the food. As someone who used to be a fast food closer and knows how straining the work is, I’m hoping it’s just something at a corporate level :/...But I have a lot of doubts with the consistent issues I’ve run into.

10:30 pm Wednesday, I drive up to drive thru menu to be told they are closed. Signs all lit up still and the signs say drive thru open 24 hrs. Just a poorly run establishment.
