This is the first business I've encountered to deny me service via drive through because I'm on a bike "Sorry, company policy, you have to come in the store since your on a bike". I know this policy is new as this wasn't an issue last month. In any case, I'm going to use up the rest of my gift card and then not come back ever again

The service is good and i like the atmosphere, but it really is pretty dirty at 10:30am on Saturday morning. Because of the foot traffic, they should clean it better or more times throughout the day. There are crumbs on the floor. Last time i came here, i had to tell them to replenish the toilet paper in the bathrooms which stink by the way. I like that this Starbucks is big, however, and i always come here when my dog is being groomed next door at Black Paw. Something needs to be done like a deep clean or something with the bathrooms. Please! I know they are bathrooms, but they shouldn’t smell this awful.

Twice last week I ordered a grande hot chocolate and they both tasted like coffee. Which for some may not be a big deal but I’m not a coffee drinker. So today I decided to change up my order and got a grande green tea lemonade and I received a green tea. Definitely not worth the drive to grab drinks that are not made correctly.

Unfortunately we have had nothing but problems with the staff here. Most recently, them refusing to remake a $5 coffee when they put sugar free vanilla in it. And mainly because they were just so rude about it. It’s such a bummer because it’s the closest Starbucks to us but their customer service is so bad that it has made us never want to go back. We will drive a little further just to have better customer service.

This store has come a long way. Still needs to be more friendly. But I have seen an improvement since my last post. I think management needs to empower employees & encourage them to greet people when they walk in the door. That kind of customer acknowledgement goes a long way.

Shout out to Jessica who was running the window today. Her greeting and general personality is great when I drive through in the morning. I honestly can't tell you what it is. She is cheerful and happy and fun but there is something special about how she does it.

This has been my go to Starbucks for a few years! One of the few that always gets my "high maintenance" order correct, and they're always right on time with mobile orders. Staff is always professional and friendly.
