Today we visited a very busy Great American Cookie at Oxmour Mall. Kelsey was the employee that helped us and she was amazing. With the super long line of waiting and often impatient customers, she was respectful and kind and courteous. What a great representation of genuine customer service today!!

I placed an order for a cookie cake online last night and picked it up today. It was ready on time and the girl at the store was super nice. The cake looks exactly like what I asked for and it taste delicious. I would highly recommend getting a cookie cake from here!! A++

The gentleman took my order over the phone and was nice an courteous. When i picked up my order the next day, it was done on time exactly as ordered and Candis was also polite and courteous. Cookie was great by the way and tasted fresh.

I order a cookie cake for my company about once a month. I have had Liam assist me twice now and he has gone above and beyond to meet my expectations.
