I hate the computerized attendant that "Takes your order" at the speaker. They never get the order right, & you end up having to reorder your order when you get to the next window. It's just irritating & inconvenient. Outside of that, the food is okay if they actually get the order right.

Hamburgers were awesome fries are to die for one of the best things to come to Louisville for live in Frankfort and they don't have one wish they would get one here but you can bet next time I come back I will come to ralley s it's great thanks again

It's not bad, I mean, it tastes ok, the fries are good as usual but when they make the burgers it's like they put all the dressing on top and all over the wrapper. Plus, I hate that "AI" at the drive-thru speaker. Also, there is trash all around the parking lot. I do not recommend at least this location, I don't.

I like this Rallys. I'm from Cincinnati, and the ones near me are disgusting. This one is good. Very nice employees and hot food.

I was so hungry after a 10hr shift & at 200am there aren’t many options. Rally’s was open and the customer service was EXCELLENT! Been a while since someone was that pleasant in a drive thru.

Stopped there at 2:00am, on my way home from a 10hr shift. The lady in the drive thru was so pleasant! She literally gave the best customer service that I’ve had in a long while! I didn’t wait no more than a few mins and my food was hot!

The new robot order taker is very impersonal. When we got our food home, 2 of our 3 sandwiches were wrong. Our side items were cold, and we only live a mile away.

The young man in the drive thru on evening shift is acceptionally kind and considerate. I always love the shakes. Only flaw is they never have 2 lanes open at the same time anymore, causing the kne line to take too long. Sometimes I skip the line and go somewhere else.
