The food was very good and everything was fresh. i highly recommend this one in opposition to the one on outerloop. the lobby was very clean and maintained and service was fast

I have to always recommend this tocobell on Preston right next to Burger King they have fantastic employees and their employees love working together. The tocobell team at this location rarely makes mistakes when they do they fix them. When you come in the lobby has a causation sign just to insure that there customers don’t slip and fall

Had been to 3 other restaurants in the area. Zaxby's dinning room was closed. Tried to place a dine in order at Wendy's. No one acknowledged my presence. The air conditioning wasn't working. Left before I had an asthma attack. Ended up at Taco Bell. So glad I visited!!! Got a deluxe box. It was very very good & filled me up. Can always depend on Taco Bell in Hillview & on Dixie hwy. Keep up the good work & customer service 👏 Had also stopped @ KFC down the road. Got was egnored totally. Was so hungry, couldn't wait for the opportunity to dine there!!!

I'm giving 5 star since as of recently the place has flipped from what I would give a 3 star to the 5 of today. They have improved drastically in all categories. Maybe sometimes they are backed up and the drive thru takes a little bit but I came to find out that those are times when they are operating with a manager and two employees. Knowing that I realized they were actually flying and my food was fresh without any snobby attitudes

Had tell them my order 4 times. Ordered the new grilled cheese tocos and they were both different not the same. Order beans with cheese didn't get it at all. They didn't give me a recipe

One of the best Taco Bell’s I have been to. The food was prepared to perfection and the Pepsi was spot on! 5 stars for a clean restaurant and 10 stars for the cantina vibe at this place!!

Every time I go through the drive thru, which is usually late at night everyone is extremely friendly and efficient, and overall the service is great. My order is always correct including specifications made about toppings. One of my favorite fast food restaurants in the area!

Food is good, not crazy about no counter service. One lady had to ask someone to wait on her. One couple and a child walked out due to length of time getting order. I guess this is where fast food is going.
