I really feel like you get what you pay for it a place like this. they do a good job of changing up the menu and adding new products every now and then. Plus for fast food they already have a pretty good variety anyway it's one of the few places that you can get chili dogs, chili fries, curly fries. and they usually have a pretty good bargain going on for sandwiches that are on sale which is more than you can say for the other people with their puny little value menus

If 0 or a negative star was an option that’s exactly what I would rate this rally’s as -1⭐️. I understand they may be understaffed and that may make my order take a little longer I’m ok with that. However what I’m not okay with is sitting at the order menu for over 10 minutes! Someone came over the speaker on 2 separate occasions and said they haven’t forgot about me and will take my order momentarily. But 10 freakin minutes before you can take my order. There were people behind me who just left and never ordered. When I finally got to place my order and pulled up the the window to pay they took my money right away, no sorry for your wait or any form of sympathy then instead of taking the order for the car that was behind me the cashier proceeded to chat with someone who had just walked up the the window. Took that persons order continued to joke around with them, they even got their food before I got mine. I sat at the window after I paid for another 15 minutes before my food was given to me. I will never go to this rally’s again and it’s a shame because they have the best fries. If I want rally’s bad enough I’d rather drive across town then just down the street. They also failed to give me my receipt from were they ran my CC, when I asked for this the lady looked at me like I was dumb and asked for something extra for free, after handing me the receipt I requested she slammed the window and abruptly walked away so I couldn’t even ask for ketchup. Absolutely unacceptable customer service, it’s a shame really I’m sure the workers there also feel they should be getting paid $18 an hour too!

I was suggested to get a fry at the drive through once I fished giving my order which at the time I was glad he suggested it. However all this being said once returning to work after waiting for 20 minutes of my 30 minute lunch I found that the suggested fry was not in my bag. On top of this once I was served my food I asked to be sure that my sandwiches were plain to which I was responded with a "yuh" which I took for a yes. Once again I was running behind due to being the 3rd car from the window it still took 20 minutes to get my food I only looked at the receipt and took the workers word that my food was made correctly. Upon arrival back to work with only moments left to eat I open my food to find the one thing I specifically asked to not have due to an allergy was actually added to.
Needless to say I will not be going there any time soon.

The man Ryan was rude when taking the order. My friends stood in the window waiting to place an order (10 min) and he kept walking away to the back of the restaurant.

On this night all I wanted was a fry, I decided to get a fish sandwich; I believe it was a number 7. The gentleman in the window was polite and gave good costumer service. I received my food in a timely manor; despite him being the only person working and my food was fresh. I also noticed that the franchise had an A, or 98% to be exact. I thought jokingly to myself, "I wonder what happened to the other two percent"... I would later regret that thought. I was nearly home by the time I finished my fries and then took a bite out of my sandwich. There was a very long hair in my sandwich. Very, very long... I understand that occasionally this happens but I don't understand how a hair nearly a foot long could end up in my food. Especially when no one was working when I purchased my food with hair that color — or even that length. I feel that there are health codes that are not being followed in that unclean kitchen and I would not recommend any person place an order here. If something as simple as keeping a hair out of food cannot be accomplished by this team, I'm sure there are plenty of issues regarding the cleanliness of the kitchen. Though this might be a small issue, I am completely disgusted remembering the feeling of that long strand tightly snaking thorough my mouth, unraveling like a spool of yarn on the cusp of my tongue. I feel like I will never be able to eat at another Rally's or Checker's during my entire existence. This was my worst experience in fast food, ever. (Picture posted to their Google+ profile. I've tried to get food from this Rally's maybe 6 times, but only got food 3 times. Why? I give up if it takes over 5 minutes for the car at the order station to even get waited on. They must hire staff who can't work on more than one order at a time. From reading other reviews this is a common problem at this location. Maybe staff all just go hide in the bathroom at the same time. Even if you are only car in line it is a total crapshoot on how long you will wait.

Normally you have to deal with the occasional "I really don't want to be here" attitude. Today I ordered a swirl waffle cone, as soon as I got out of the parking lot I started eating my ice cream. I immediately noticed the color of the ice cream was a bit different the chocolate looked not as dark and the vanilla had an opaque white color to it. When I tasted my ice cream there was this bitter sour burn the tip of your tongue type of deal going on. I grimmaced and tasted it one more time same result I turned my car around and brought the entire ice cream cone back. I tapped on the window and the manager slid the door open telling me "I don't know what you're saying I changed it this morning" I told her I wanted a refund she had a bit of a attitude and reluctantly gave me my money back. Meanwhile... The guy in the back is restocking uncovered cheese slices with his bare hands while the other burger builder guy is using gloves. I would suggest people to avoid this place. Yes we're human and make mistakes but if someone has a issue without an attitude just give them their money back it's really not that hard to do....

I didnt even get to go through the second window to pay for my food and the dyke woman working the drive thru called me a prissy white girl. When i ordered my food i was really polite and she didnt even say your welcome or enjoy your day. I didnt bother to go through with my order because i didnt think it would have been handled nicely.
