Went to Subway on Saturday 12/6 for my daughter and a friend to grab a bite to eat. Getting back in the car my daughter accidently dropped her phone down the storm grate. We could see the phone but didn't have anything in our truck that we could use to reach it. Went back into the subway to see if the manager had anything we could use. He told me to wait just a minute. He came outside (it was a cold windy day) with a broom and a stick. We could reach the phone but couldn't get a good enough handle on it to pull it up. The manager went back inside and came out with a dust pan that was attached to a handle. We were able to get that into the sewer and push the phone into it and bring it up from the sewer. Success!!!! He was very kind to help us. He could have easily said, No sorry...I don't have anything to help you, but he didn't. He went out of his way to help us and we greatly appreciate his kindness. Highly recommend a restaurant where the manager truly cares about his customers! Thanks SUBWAY!
