Ordered online, went to go pick up my order and Kenzie explained that they were out of the bread I had ordered. She was super sweet and polite. I left with the sandwich I ordered and a smile on my face. Kenzie is great at her job!

Mad props and proses to the gals working today! I came in with a group of about 20 teenage boys in front of me… not once did the team lose their cool. I would’ve!
And after they got through them, they still made me a delicious sandwich. Good people deserve good praise!!!

This place was crazy. If you do not like kids, it's not the place for you. If you like great service, excellent food, and a family friendly environment. Then this is your place. Because of it's location. It can get very busy but the staff keep up with it and made some great food. I did my order in the app and watched it being made. They were very busy with the line but my sandwich was on time. I did not check the bathroom or handicap accessibility.

They can get a little busy for lunch but they work through the line quickly and with a great attitude. :-). They are just a subway but a good one and one of the few places in this part of downtown with a reasonably priced lunch menu.

Awesome costumer service! Great food & a very clean environment. The manager Casey is professional, friendly and always makes himself available. I will continue to enjoy my lunch at this establishment while visiting the science center.

My favorite Subway to visit. Great location, great service and food. I recommend it for lunch any day. Love to see the boss working hard along side the employees. That Dedication means a lot to quality service.

I was here during "thunder over Louisville" so needless to say, it was SUPER packed. The line wrapped around at the wall all the way back to the tables. Even with this long line, the professionals behind the counter conducted themselves as one cohesive machine. It was no time before it was my turn at the counter. At every station I was greeted with a smile. Managers from other establishments should send their new hires to this place to observe how teams can operate as one.

Lived in Louisville at least 3/4 of my life and I had no idea this place was there. Pretty conveniently located being right next to the science center. Other than that it's a standard Subway, has the usual stuff any other Subway has. The staff have been nice and worked fairly quickly from my 2 visits.
