The coffee was great, as always, but the service could have been better. It’s a very nice location inside the Marriott downtown, but the feeling you get is “here’s your coffee see you later.”
This is our favorite Starbucks to visit! We live around the corner and walk here almost daily! The customer service and quality of food is always excellent, no matter the wait. The lines can get long during peak hours, which just goes to show how popular a location it is! And again, no matter how long the line, the service and quality of food is always the same when we order! One barista in particular is always great and always remembers our order, which seems almost magical to our son every time! I believe her name is Jayline. There used to be another location closer by but we still always went the extra mile to come to this one! Will continue to be patrons for the foreseeable future!
Again something quick to eat!! Lol so I’m not a vegetarian however there are times where I don’t want meat if that makes any sense 🤷🏽♀️ I can’t explain it I know I’m a dork!!!!! 😂😂😂 so I got toasted herbs bread with oil veggies 🥦🥒🥕 along with pepper Jack mayo it hit the spot something light, fast and very tasty 😋🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️😂😂😂

Employee Jayline and her female manager are awesome individuals. While waiting to be served and greeted. I’ve witness both employees of this store displayed great customer service. With numerous customers before reaching me and as expected both Jayline and her manager displayed great customer service. And also both individuals along with the other team members, displayed excellent customer service and team work. Thank you very much guys for making my morning’s here at The Marriott Louisville Downtown.
Recently spent a week in Louisville for work and stopped here for coffee each morning. One of, if not the only Starbucks I’ve ever been to that has made my drink (grande shaken espresso) correctly and consistently. It’s a normal menu item but other locations seem to always have trouble making it the same way across different baristas, even when ordering ahead. I was even expecting it to be made incorrectly sooner or later but was pleasantly surprised. It’s in a hotel lobby and the line can get long when they open, but the staff was still friendly to everyone. The only drawback to this location was ordering ahead was not available. I’m not sure if that was an issue just while I was visiting or if it’s like that normally, but I still did not experience any extended wait for my drink on any day. The staff seemed pretty organized on who is supposed to take care of which station.

We walked up at 1:00 not knowing you were closing at 1. The friendliest young lady was working. She had the greatest attitude I've ever dealt with at a Starbucks. Even though we were the last customers of the day she still asked for our names. She smiled with her eyes. (Mask covered her smile.)
This starbucks is connected to a hotel and I don’t think you’re supposed to access it if you aren’t staying in said hotel. That’s not clear on this page and I ended up sneaking in behind someone with a room key, but if you don’t wanna do that don’t go to this starbucks. Anyway the barista worked at the speed of light i ordered four drinks and she had them to me in two minutes, idk if God was on her side that day or if she’s just the most talented woman i’ve ever met either way i recommend
Staff is incredibly nice but the management of this location needs to be more in sync with the hotel. When a 1,000+ person conference is in the building, you may want to increase staff and stock up on extra supplies/items. By the second day of the conference, they were out of several drinks and food options.
Service is excellent and the place is top as usual, but It's inside of a hotel which makes it limited to a few choices doe to store size. The girls are fast and very polite. Wish it was just a tad bigger.
