Starbucks

Wow! The employees at this store this evening were amazing! As someone who can’t do milk drinks, but wanted something sweet I thought Starbucks. I searched them to find out they closed in less than 10 mins from where I was down the street. We pulled up to the drive thru speaker at probably 1-3 minutes before they closed and they were the sweetest! The gentleman who took our order was so courteous and helpful even as I struggled to speak loud enough into the speaker. Neither worker had a scowl on their face nor attitude in their voice. They were the best! I will 100% be back! To this store- your customer service is superb!

The one thing about Starbucks is if you get to one that makes the drinks the way they are supposed to be made they are incredible. Sometimes although, some locations just can't do it like the others. This particular store did a fantastic job! If you want your drinks right they can do it!! Makes it worth the high prices.

We went to this Starbucks and went through the drive thru yesterday, 4/17/22, around 6pm. I don’t know the manager who was on duties name, but I do know that she was delightful! My husband jokingly asked for “all the coffee” as we were ordering because we had just survived a day at the zoo with our 5 children. She said she had just the thing for us and gave us a sample of nitro cold brew as we were waiting for our coffee to be made. Such a simple gesture, but it truly lifted our spirits and the coffee helped, too! Nice little caffeine boost that helped us with the 2 hour drive. So, wonderful management at this location! Truly was such a sweet soul.
