This place was outstanding! Great atmosphere an excellent service are just perfect compliments to the amazing food. Fresh, interesting, delicious dishes that are both authentic with many "American" Asian dishes as well. I'll be back anytime I'm in Louisville.

We love Joy Luck but today I asked for something different than my normal 5 Flavor Beef. I was in the mood for a Spicy Orange Chicken. My wife called and ordered this no standard request. They absolutely delivered. It was delicious!

Looking for something new to try while we were in the area and stumbled upon The Joy Luck. The resturant was decorated nicely and had a good vibe. The door greater and server was wonderful all our questions was answered. We ordered appitizers and our meal. Our apps can out quick and had plenty of flavor but the app sizes was for maybe 2 people if they weren't hungry when they arrived. When the main lunch came the serving was plenty and the taste was great except the szechuan chicken was good but lacked flavor. It was lite on the garlic and jalapeños but just enough oil to make the meal. My Review point: I would eat here again but I would pass on the appitizers and the szechuan chicken.

Pros: *Egg drop soup $5 and a vegetable spring roll $2.50 were very good. *My friend enjoyed her cashew shrimp dish. *Employees were courteous Cons: *No menus, only QR code with no customer wifi. You must scroll, pinch and zoom your way through 4 different sections to see what is available. *Restaurant is located in a strip mall and was very chilly bring a jacket.

Came here for the first time based on previous reviews and it did not disappoint. We had the spicy wontons as an appetizer and they were amazing. We came when there was hardly anyone here and received great service. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed. A good place to meet with friends and family. Will definitely be coming back!!

What a pleasant surprise! We were looking for a Chinese restaurant before the weekly groceries and this place is top notch! Our server Caitlyn (?) was amazing, the food was quick, hot and flavourful! Hit the spot perfectly 😁 we will definitely come back!

The food is excellent. My husband and I shared two appetizers and 2 entrees. The Ginger cod is by far our favorite. Nicholas was our server. He was great.

Arrived at 8 PM (Happy Hour) and ordered steamed dumplings and crab rangoon as appetizers. Both were delicious. I ordered their lobster and assorted seafood at market price as my entree but it wasn't available so I opted for the bourbon chicken with lo mein. We finished with the chocolate lava with raspberry sauce. Excellent service and food. I have included a picture of my bourbon chicken. Would have given 5 stars if my first choice was available.

Overall I like this place. It was simple and cozy. The food was fresh and savory. The drinks were unique and tasty. I had the sesame chicken which was very flavourful and cooked just right. The only negative I have right now is the soup dumplings, this time they we're not as good as last time and had little to no soup in them. Not sure if they changed their recipe or not. They were much better the times I went before. But everything else was fine and would recommend.
