The Cheesecake Factory

Food and service was amazing! I took my mother here for her birthday, she got the Godiva chocolate cheesecake and I got the cookie dough cheesecake. It was delicious. They even wrote "happy birthday to you" in chocolate and put sprinkles on top and a candle. Our server Jamar was so sweet and friendly. Needless to say we had a great time and they helped make my mom's day special.

Food was pricey but they give you A LOT of food so it's SOMEWHAT worth it. Now my plate they charged me and EXTRA $6 for chicken in my carbonara pasta, and it look like they took a chicken strip and cut it in half, VERY disappointed. But overall it was good! I'll will only go back if it's an party or a date! My waitress Aubrey was the nicest thing ever, she knew alot about the menu and other things that was their to offer‼️She was amazing Thank you Ms. Aubrey....

Upon arrival, we were promptly seated and greeted by our server within a minute. Our server, I believe, was "Jae S" according to my receipt. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The appetizers came fast, and the crab bites were delicious as were the stuffed mushrooms. I would have liked to have seen the crab bites a little larger or perhaps a few more, but they were great. For the entree, I had chicken Madeira, which is supposedly the most popular entree. It did not disappoint. I would have liked to have had a little bit more asparagus, but it was all delicious, and the mashed potatoes were real mashed potatoes not made from potato flakes. For dessert, my date, which was celebrating her birthday, ordered cheesecake. The server brought it with a candle and happy birthday spelled out and chocolate syrup on the plate with sprinkles around it. The portion size of the cheesecake was huge. Expect to spend about $120 for dinner for two. That could be more or less depending on your drink choices. We did lemon water and shared a dessert and it was $84 not counting tip. It really is a nice restaurant and I recommend it.

Had an issue with our brunch Flatbread but server and manager made it right. See pictures. Looks nice but was under cooked and soggy not prepared with ingredients listed on menu and was soggy. Tried to eat it anyway but it had no flavor and completely fell apart. Took a long time to get our order. However, the lettuce wraps were superb, beautiful and delicious. Lemon raspberry cheesecake was excellent. Service was great, no wait to be seated. Atmosphere was comfortable. They didn't seem to be short staffed which is unique these days. We will return.

My husband and I went there for my birthday brunch. We didn't order anything elaborate. The food was as good as it always is. We didn't mention that it was my birthday so no fanfair for that. We simply enjoyed being out on a date. It just happened to be on my birthday 🎂 . We did order cheese cake to bring home with us rather than attempt to eat it in the restaurant. We were too full from the meal for that! The service was good and we didn't wait very long at all for our food to arrive.

Went to Cheesecake Factory for the first time, and was simply amazed! We had a very friendly and personable server, and amazing food, And a birthday cheesecake! We went in to order pasta and drinks, but unfortunately the bartender had called out, so we did have to wait a while for the drinks.. but it was well worth the wait! We will be back as the service was amazing. And the food was even better!!
