Found a black hair cooked into my food. Talked to Mgr. Shane. He says to bring the 1 piece of chicken in to replace the 1 piece. I told him I would use more diesel than it’s worth and I live far away. He says that how it works. I said fine I will leave a review as needed and post on social media to warn people. And let them know what he said. He tells me not to threaten him. It was no threat. I tried to be nice and he hung up on me and blocked my number. Here are some pics. This KFC is NASTY!!! There was a thick long black hair that was cooked in breading of chicken. The owner refused to replace our meal. He only wanted to give us 1 piece of chicken to replace the gross chicken. He viewed the hairy chicken. He lied said they have no one w/black hair working there. (My hair is light brown & gray). Which they do, there's 2 females w/long black hair. He couldn't understand that someone would not get grossed out and not want to finish eating their meal. Owner, (older male w/huge gray beard not covered which is also is a health violation), did not apologize for any inconveniences. In fact, he said twice "I'm only going to give you 1 piece of chicken or leave!!" (Was at drive thru).

This is a really disappointing location. They don't participate in any specials that are advertised on TV and they do not do chicken fried steak dinner specials. I've tried to go to this location several times and unfortunately have not been very impressed. I do like Kentucky Fried Chicken at other locations but I would not recommend this location.
