Panda Express

Gonna stay away for a while. There seems to be issues with quality of service. My last 5 visits through the drive thru I have had 4 incorrect orders. The photo is a picture of a small a al carte orange chicken. 2 problems it is not orange chicken and second there is just enough chicken to place on a spoon. Think I will start eating somewhere else.

There was a black hair in my food. I called the restaurant to let them know just so they can monitor the food better and the manager was not being understanding and kept telling me in a defensive/rude way that it wasn’t one of the employees…. He asked me to take the food back and I couldn’t because Im working. I requested a discount on a future plate, he proceeded to laugh at me and still wanted me to bring the plate. I usually don’t care about this stuff but the way the manager spoke to was disrespectful and no one deserves that especially when they didn’t do anything wrong. Oh 🐳

Food was pretty good, (I took mine to go) but I got a little grossed out because, as I walked in, there was a gal who had a small dog, at the soda dispenser, and she had the dog standing on the counter right next to the straws and the rest of the other eating utensils. That was rather disgusting. I did alert Mgt of this gross offense. This is just another reason that people need to leave their animals at home during the hot weather months, if you are going to frequent an eating establishment!

I have never had a bad experience here until tonight. 4 cars in front of me in the drive through 25 minutes . I ordered a bigger plate with double bajin beef that's 2 orders & got 5 pieces of meat and a big pile of veggies. For the third item wok shrimp that comes in the little red box 2 shrimp & a pile of vegetables. It as if there is new management I've never seen a established restaurant look like it was opening day until tonight. I'm hoping it was just a off night but with that many issues can't help but wonder

I was at this location at 750 PM on Sunday May 8th 2022, and the worker advised me that they had a limited menu only 3 items to choose from. This is the 3rd time this had happened and now I’m curious. I begin to ask why only 3 items are available and the worker advised me that they close soon and don’t want to waste food. I agree this makes total sense, however, it’s still light outside and they don’t close till 10. I than ask the worker if they can make the side that I wanted and her started laughing saying no because the fryers are being cleaned, when I can clearly see the workers still cooking. I understand that this is a lost cause when expressing frustration but this is a common occurrence. I hope the manager or owners of this franchise really adhere to this comments because you have teens ruining your business.

I have been consistently unimpressed with this chain. The menu hides some crimes of excess calories. This location has overworked staff to the point that they act like talking to people is something they were completely unaware needs to happen. I need to get food gluten free because of a thyroid issue. I asked what they had that was gluten free. (Fried rice is a correct answer) They used to have menu items that weren't breaded. Now even their mixed vegetables were with some wheat breading. They didn't know what gluten free meant. Ok. I do. It's MY job to feed me. I got this. I asked for fried rice. No that's special and will take 40 minutes. The place was clean. The food was safe to eat by all preparation standards. It just fails in nutrition (all candy) and staff seems just beaten. If you want Chinese/Asian food, there's many local places that are happy and helpful. Panda? No.
