2/5/22 We haven't had a problem in awhile...we were told it would take 65 min so we waited then we got there and I wondered why they didn't check the pizza like they usually do...the ham was slopped on after the pizza was cooked and the pizza slices were all separated. Literally every piece was floating around the box like a bunch of single pieces were slopped together to make ours. The lettuce in my salad was brown and I guess the turkey salad doesn't come with much turkey or tomatoes or cucumber or onions and bell peppers? Sad to say we'll pass on Dions for awhile.....

My sincere thanks and appreciation to Madi and Armando regarding their outstanding response to my negative post. I received a free large pepperoni and bacon pizza today. It was excellent as was the customer service. Armando even personally brought the pizza out to my car. I am firmly back on the Dions bandwagon! GREAT JOB!!!

Ordered a large pepperoni and bacon. Went to drive up and paid. Was told to drive ahead and park until the order was ready. Waited and waited and finally called Dions. I explained to the male representative that I was waiting for my order and he said he would get the manager. I was left on hold. After a few more minutes I finally went inside and told the people including the manager about my disappointment with the lack of service and asked them if they wanted my business. The manager said nothing and then brought my order. When I got home and examined the pizza closer, I saw that there were no more than 5 to 6 bits of bacon on the whole pizza. This is the, not first, not second, but third time you have done this to what would seem to be a simple large pepperoni and bacon pizza. We spend a lot of money at Dions, and never get properly compensated for our inconvenience and lack of proper customer service. If what your goals are, is to disrespect and act as if the customer is the problem, then you are definitely doing that well.
