Oh my goodness! Their chocolate is fantastic and their customer service for online orders is the greatest! I am in the Kansas City, MO area and I ordered chocolate bars and when we received them they were melted despite they hard effort to keep them cold with ice packs. I emailed customer service and they (UPS One-day air) shipped them back out with no questions asked. The issue was the heat wave that Los Angeles had and it was no one's fault. I would have been OK with the melted chocolate but it is one of my daughter's birthday gifts! Thank you so much for the amazing customer service!
