Very simple nothing too fancy just the right price yet tastes so good. The broth still piping hot is rich in flavor perfect for a cold day nice bite on the rice noodles with fresh herbs and chilis. I love a good pho with spring rolls and it is just a good medley of flavors and textures!

Good Pho in SFV. I'd say Pho 999 serves very good phos and buns in San Fernando Valley. They give plenty of meat, soup is hot and tasty, noodles have right texture, bean sprouts and basil leaves are fresh.
Dining area is decent, servers are friendly and attentive. These two categories passed for a cheap eats joint.

On those really hot baking days in the valley I find myself inexplicably drawn to Pho 999. It seems to me the most satisfying and refreshing food is Pho and hot tea. The two combined make me sweat and thus cool down. The family that runs Pho 999 are attentive and kind. The vegetables are fresh and crunchy. The restazrant is clean and althoughvthe tv is on, it is quiet and not obtrusive. A great place to bribg friends or to eat by yourself.
