One of the best restaurants I’ve ever gone to also food is great and awesome desserts
Excellent Colombian food and entertainment. This last weekend was at its best! Keep it up.
The food here is VERY good, but its definitely not cheap. The restaurant has parking directly behind it. You are given a ticket that the restaurant will validate. When we got there,it looked like it was at capacity. We had to wait about 20 minutes, however we ordered our drinks while we waited and looked at the menu. If you show up hungry keep that in mind. Besides having to wait over 20 minutes to be seated, the kitchen was busy so the wait for our main dishes was also a while. We ordered empanadas, and those came quick-thank, God!
This was recommended by a friend as the best Colombian food in LA and it did not disappoint. The food came out simple, no frills and tasted just like a traditional meal in Colombia. Their bakery was also very fresh and their batidos were delicious! The service was great, our server was so sweet and the outdoor seating and free parking lot was great.
This is the first Colombian restaurant I’ve ever been to and it’s pretty good. We were sat outside which I didn’t really like but at least there was a live singer and he was fantastic. I also really appreciate the free parking!!
Hidden Gem in LA. 100% Authentic Colombian food. Great for lunch. karaoke, Cumbia and other festivities. Monica greeted me and made me feel at home. Will come back again for.
The food was great but I didn't like how I asked for a receipt and he said it'll take 4-5 minutes and because I was running behind to the game, it never went through and I needed it for work purposes. For those who need it, I would make sure they give you one on the spot!
Authentic Colombian food near downtown LA! Unique spot. Arepas were very good, I had a chicken dish that was delicious. I believe had Sancocho last time I was there. Like home cooked meals!
This Colombian hideaway in K town really surprised me. The location is actually empty and there is a parking and the tables are set up next door in the parking lot under a tent with a big projector and music. The food took a little long but in their defense the fried snapper was an entire fish and i was not expecting such a beauty. (it did have the bones so highly recommend you are prepared and know how to eat it) my buddy got the steak with egg and beans , the green plantain on the sides for us were amazing. Overall we both loved the food very much. the energy of the location felt authentic and the servers were mostly speaking Spanish which i always know means the food is good. If you are in that area go check it out! just don’t be in a rush .
Sabor Colombiano restaurant exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The service was outstanding, with staff members displaying genuine warmth and attentiveness. They were knowledgeable about the menu, providing helpful recommendations that enhanced our dining experience.
The atmosphere at Sabor Colombiano is a delightful blend of authenticity and comfort. The vibrant decor and Colombian music contribute to a lively ambiance, making it an ideal setting for enjoying the rich flavors of Colombian cuisine. The attention to detail in creating a culturally immersive environment truly sets this restaurant apart.
When it comes to prices, Sabor Colombiano offers a fantastic value for the quality of food and experience provided. The menu boasts a diverse selection of Colombian dishes, each reasonably priced, ensuring that patrons can savor traditional flavors without breaking the bank.
In conclusion, Sabor Colombiano stands out not only for its delectable Colombian cuisine but also for its exceptional service, inviting atmosphere, and wallet-friendly prices. It's a gem for those seeking an authentic culinary journey in a warm and welcoming setting.
My husband is a native Colombiano! He’s always on the look out for Colombian spots in the states, to give him a taste of home. He said it wasn’t his grandmas cooking but it came close! He ordered the tripe soup I forgot the correct name. I posted our plates! Everything was yummy! Service was good. Ambiance was pretty close to Colombia , without the humidity. And I liked that they play music. Only thing I wasn’t expecting was eating with disposable dinnerware. But all in all we recommend!
Good food, good coffee. Very lively, homey, and happy ambiance. They have live music and a huge screen with music videos or soccer matches going on. The food takes a little longer to be served and I'm guessing it is because it was crowded on a Sunday afternoon.
