4 star food, 0 star service. It took Over 1 hour to make 3 meals!
Modo MiO is a must see place in La. And I want to say that this is one of the best restaurants in the USA. The quality of the pasta is very high, much better than anywhere else. The service is very pleasant and the interior atmosphere is most comfortable.
My son says, "the food was delicious and the people were really nice. They gave the kids a lot of care and stuff. Say something like that." The rest of the table agreed, a fantastic meal from the plates to the service. My favs were the calamari, asparagus soup special, bruschetta, tagliatelle verdi, and lemon cheesecake. The owners and waitstaff made an excellent meal into a fantastic one.
This is a quality restaurant in a beautiful town.

They have appropriate services even with Covid situation.
We ordered two dishes, but did not explicitly ask for splitting the dishes into two plates. The server somehow managed it, and it was a huge plus.
To be honest, foods are not very special, but very well balanced. It's like mom's cooking when she makes her 100%.

I am always on the hunt for new places to eat, and Italian is always a win. A friend recommended this place and I had to try! Came here with my best friend for an Italian and wine night, and the food was surprisingly really really tasty. We ordered the scottadito d'agnello and lasagna di carne. Both were great portions and we split the bill so they were priced really well. Really pleased with the entire experience. Atmosphere was major vibes! Never been to Italy but I can say this is the place for authentic Italian food and ambiance, take my word for it
It was my husband's birthday and we have a birthday tradition of having Tiramisu. We went to a restaurant to have food and unfortunately, they were out of Tiramisu. We ended up finding this place on Google Maps. We ordered one Tiramisu and it was delicious. We had to order another one and our server gave us a big piece. He was nice, friendly and the service was quick. We are kinda sad we didn't get to try out their dinner but will come back whenever we take a trip to LA again.

This is a charming Italian restaurant that located not far from Getty villa. The interior and food is very suitable for a romantic dinner. They speciality in northern italian cuisine.
Year after year, in our opinion Modo Mio is one of the best Italian restaurants in Pacific Palisades and beyond. The flavors and the dishes are sooo good! Right now, because of pandemic rules, it's Take-Out and Delivery only. Details are at RestaurantModoMio.com. We're looking forward to sometime in 2021 when on-site dining returns because the ambience is warm. I've posted a photo of just two of the dishes we recently got for take-out: Bolognese (meat) Tagliatelle and Chicken Tagliatelle. We also usually get the Chicken Ravioli (Ravioli di Pollo) which is just wonderful! Their fish dishes also are terrific, as is everything else we've tried. We can't wait to return! (Despite the Sunset Boulevard address, entrance is up the stairs on La Cruz.)
Just had our first dinner here. Will definitely be back. My wife said the Bolognese passed the test with flying colors! My shrimp scampi was delicious and the Tiramisu is on point! I also loved they brought out bread, bruschetta and mushrooms to enjoy as a complimentary starter. The waiter was fantastic!
Discovered this place through a friend of mine and after trying out their Gnocchi I knew I had to come back. Their sauces are incredible and the tagliatelle bolognese absolutely gorgeous and, apparently, made in house. What a treat. Dont shy away from their dessert either, the tiramisu is by far the best you can find. Also special mention to the staff who's always top notch.
