One of our favorite places to dine at. Been going here for years, but under the new owners the past few years, there has been a huge improvement in the dining experience. The new owners know how to run a restaurant and how to treat their customers like family members. The owner comes around and greets folks and the servers are really friendly. It is a family run place and the "mom" makes all the desserts...try the brownies, peach cobbler and lemon cake.
Some of our favorite items include the baby back ribs, medium-rare tri tip, bbq chicken, beef ribs and the burgers. When you buy an entree, you can add the amazing salad bar for only $2.99. The sides are also really delicious, like their potato salad, creamy coleslaw, peanut slaw, onion straws, grilled corn, baked beans, etc. they also have our favorite caesar salad dressing. They also have nightly specials and senior (60) specials that are hard to beat. If you haven't come here yet, do give it a try. You won't be disappointed.
My family loves Rosie's! Great food and great service! The owner always comes over to say hello, which is so nice! Their trip tip and salmon are both amazing. We have ordered catering packages as well and always been very happy with the portions and the quality of the food. I don't believe I have ever been unhappy with my food or service at Rosie's. They really are in business to please their customer's!
Great bbq. We love this place. It has a great salad bar, the meats are always tender and the BBQ sauce is to-die for. Prices are good too. Can't think of anything I've ever had that wasn't delicious.
Great salad bar and delicious meats and chicken dishes. The mason jar lemonade drinks are an added bonus.
Great family dining. This restaurant is in a shopping plaza with ample parking. Really down to earth atmosphere with lots of families. First time customers get Rosie's Shreds for free. these are not your everyday onion rings. They are super thinly sliced ones that are dipped in spiced batter and lightly fried. Some are crunchy, some are soft and they come with ranch and barbecue sauces for dipping. The baby back ribs were great and the garlic cheese mashed potatoes are freshly made.
Great BBQ food! Everything was falling off the bone! Mac and cheese delicious and the mashed potatoes had cheese in it! The garlic parmesan bread that they bring out is so soft and warm 🤤 I can't wait to go back again.
This is a very large place and the food prices are fair. I thought the ribs are average, but the brisket was pretty good and my wife had the hotlink, and that was the most flavorful thing that we had. If you’re in the neighborhood and like to support local businesses, probably worth the stop. The baked beans where not for me
I came with a girlfriend of mine for the build your own plate. It was my first time here but she had been to Rosie’s many times before. The cashier mentioned due Covid and being understaffed they changed their concept to ordering at the counter and food being brought to you instead of having table side service.
I got a plate with brisket, tri tip, and bbq ribs. It comes with a side and drink as well. Their macaroni and cheese was good. I can’t pick a favorite meat that I had because it was all so good. They also have salmon and some appetizers to choose from if you don’t want the bbq.
At first I thought they were closed because nobody was inside and the food was pretty good so I’m hoping the business for them builds again soon. It was very clean inside and plenty of parking!
Best BBQ in the valley. Hands down. Been to them all and I can say the Brisket is the best I’ve tried, wife loves the tri-tip. We come here weekly and it never fails to satisfy. Here is what I have tried. Brisket(fav) & Tritip sandwhich, mashed potatoes, fries, Ceaser salad (fav), Garlic rolls and their home made sausage link hot dog with chili cheese. All of which I like. Can’t speak for the rest of the menu items but when I find something I like I usually stick to it.

Such a great place for some tri tip if you want to try a new place and support small businesses. My optometrist is in this plaza and I seen this place for a while but never had a chance to try it until tonight. I place my order through Google which uses postmates and selected pick up. I got the Tri Tip with their fire fries and Mac & chesse jalapeños. I was surprise they didn't give me an option on how I wanted my tri tip cooked. I was told it would take about 30 minutes for my order to he ready. When I got to place, finding parking was difficult especially during covid time. Almost all the parking spaces were taken and it's not a big lot since there other shops over there. I saw that they had outdoor dining setup but due to the new covid restrictions, no customers are allowed to eat outside. When I walked in, I give my name to pickup my order and they had it ready. The tri tip was good to me, it was cooked to medium. I like my tri tip medium rare. The fire fries was great in my opinion, something different but I didn't really like the Mac & chesse jalapeños.
The barbecue at this place is legit! I’m visiting from the Dallas area, and I can say without hesitation that the brisket at Rosie’s is right up there with the best that you’d find in Texas. The pork belly burnt ends and pulled pork were also exceptional! Delicious sides, and don’t forget the fresh-made lemonade! 😉 I didn’t get a chance to try their sauces, but you honestly don’t need it with this meat. All in all, a great experience. I’ll be back for sure!
Good food. Restaurant was closing at 9pm. They never rushed us out. Coleslaw was sweet and savory and my BBQ shredded chicken sandwich was garlicky and tastey
Owner is a great guy. BBQ is phenomenal. Definitely better than going to places like Wood Ranch or Claim Jumper. Better food for a cheaper price

Found this place cause they have beef Ribs. Ordered garlic fries and beef ribs and they were great. The fried were made just right. Will definitely go back. Very friendly place. They even make jerky .
