High Rooftop Lounge

We ordered some beers and enjoyed the view. That's the best part of the rooftop. It was about 3:45pm and paid and then we realized it was still happy hours and the bar attendant did not tell us anything about that. Disappointed about that. Still the place is recommended for the views!

One of the best views! The cocktails are great. The people watching is great. I love sitting and watching the heavy planes take off from LAX. It gets really crowded right around sunset. The elevator can be a bit of a pain because it’s old, small and slow

We stopped by to grab some drinks and appetizers to enjoy the beautiful sunset view while waiting for our next reservation at a nearby restaurant for dinner. All of the staff were super nice to us, and very efficient given the fact that they were extremely busy. Reservations are a must! The drinks we received we fantastic and the food tasted great. Highly recommend and we will definitely be returning to enjoy some more of that amazing view! 7-month update: We recently returned to High Rooftop Lounge for another memorable experience. Once again, we were greeted by friendly and efficient staff who made us feel right at home. The sunset views were just as breathtaking as we remembered, and this time our server went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. When my wife mentioned feeling a bit chilly, our attentive server quickly offered her a cozy blanket to wrap herself in. It was a small gesture that made a big impact on our experience. The food and drinks were once again top-notch. We ordered burgers this time around, and they did not disappoint. Cooked to perfection, with all the fixings, they were absolutely delicious. We also enjoyed our cocktails, which were expertly mixed and perfectly balanced. And of course, the chips and guac were as tasty as ever. From the stunning sunset views to the fantastic food and drinks, it's a must-visit spot. And with such friendly and attentive staff, we always feel well taken care of. We can't wait to return for another unforgettable evening.

Forgot to take pictures of our main food but it was delicious! I personally got the bread pudding French toast, and it tasted phenomenal, but I was sad it was a very small portion (literally one small slice). Otherwise, I was very happy with our food and drinks!

If you want great views, then this is the place to go! The gentleman who checked us into the hotel secured a reservation for us. Security checked us after getting out of the elevator. Had a hightop table near the DJ. The music was very good, chill vibe and not too loud (unlike the place next door), you can actually talk to the people with you. Service was fairly prompt and friendly. Prices are a bit higher, but expected for the area. My wife and I ordered pepperoni pizza and while it was tasty, it was only lukewarm and next to no toppings. It was a 5 inch square that was cut in half for $10. It was a brisk evening, but there were a number of propane heaters that were all over to help combat the temperature. We were also offered a blanket. We spent about a little over an hour up there. According to the resy page, each reservation gets you 90 minutes. Not sure if that is enforced or not, but it was not packed during our visit. I would assume that if no one is waiting for your table, then you should be able to stay longer. There was an umbrella at our table, which was down, and took over the small table. We were unable to put it up due to the heaters nearby. However it would be nice if we could have had the umbrella removed from the table to enjoy the panoramic view of the area. I mean, that is the biggest reason we went here was for the views.
