Still reviewing San Pedro. Three to four stars. We came here because we passed the restaurant a few times while staying at Doubletree hotel nearby. We didn't feel like going far that evening, so we tried it. The restaurant looks old-style from the outside. We arrived early for dinner and parked in front of the entrance. The restaurant is on the second or top floor. There’s a big stairs and an elevator to go up to the top floor. We didn’t have to wait long. We were seated by the booth. Nice! Our waiter explained the menu and the guests' favorites. Whatever that is, the bread was delicious! Soft and warm! We had steamed clams. Try the bread with the clam sauce. Tasty! Hubby had seafood stuffed sole, and I had blackened snapper. My dish was served with rice and spinach. The spinach was delicate, but the rice was too oily. The snapper was not bad but nothing special. Hubby's dish was OK. The bed was the best part of the meal besides the clams. Not bad, great service.

Everything was superb including ANGELICA...She was awesome🤗💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖 We ordered the calamari, red snapper, fried 🍤, fish n chips, Cole slaw, fries, rice. Vegetable medley, Arnie Palmers , lemonade and ginger ale. It was ALL Wonderfully prepared & delicious. The atmosphere is chill and they have a FULL BAR...🍸 🍹 🍸 🍺 🍷 🥂 🤌🏿 But, the very best part of our dining experience was the BEAUTIFUL VIEWS of the harbor 😱❤️. 22nd landing is a perfect venue for a special occasion or romantic evening 😉🫠. It's a perfect place with friendly people that welcome you with warmth and smiles. We will definitely be dining here again and again! The prices are so affordable and there are menu options for vegetarian tastes as well. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

Came highly recommended from the Double Tree. Nice 15 minute walk around the marina. The ambiance is nice, over looking the marina. The service was great. The food was so-so. I had the flounder ($27) and found it quite rubbery, lacking a nice flaky texture. My wife had the Shrimp Fettuccine, which also was average. We were two weary travelers for the day and hoping for a knock your socks off meal. It was a nice place to sit, talk and enjoy the views.

Very friendly staff and good quality food. Price is reasonable. There is outdoor space and indoor. Has a very nice view of harbor. If you go around sunset you can watch the fishermen who are back to the marina. There is plenty of parking available. Also has bar if you want to drink there.

Best Dining Experience I’ve had in years! Seriously… the most delicious, fresh and well prepared seafood meal I have ever had! I mean that! First fork to the last… the best! But what really speaks to me is the staff… all the way through! The lovely host was friendly and inviting, the bussers were sincerely there to help us… they made sure we were comfortable, the manager was perfect! There for us and concerned, but the most memorable part of our visit was our truly fantastic server ‘Casey’. Of all the gin joints in the world… this darling person is probably the most inviting, sincere, caring and helpful server I could possibly hope to be our host. Casey is the epitome of sincere guest service and should be recognized for that. If I owned a restaurant, I would invest in cloning technology to replicate her. This restaurant is nothing short of truly awesome! By the way… this is a legit review, not paid, not friends… just seriously a great place! Much love! 🙏

Liked the place, nice view, tranquility on the water, service was fine, food was fine. Ciopino supposed to be spicy, it was rather sweet vs spicy, a slightly Red Popper or even white Popper spice would have made it more excellent. Certainley a big portion, but something missing to make it worth the price. Calamari were perfect. Loved the tenderness and the slightly battered approach. In other Restaurants they fried to death. This one was enjoyable. Overall pricey lunch, no alcohol, but still $50/person. One appetizer and main dish and tip.

Food and service was amazing!!! Priced great according to portions. Will definitely be going again and again. Terrific for a date night. The salmon was great with the Cajun seasoned added. The mussel and garlic sauce was seasoned to perfect. Wings were cooked perfectly as well terrific crunch and enough sauce.

Atmosphere was excellent! Service was great. Try to get a window table view is beautiful. We had the blackened mahi Mahi and that was delicious! We looked at plates as they went they all looked very good! Now the desert…. Man oh man save room. Must have the bread pudding and/or the mid pie. Excellent excellent excellent. Was fun!

Servers were attentive,& polite. Actual resturant is upstairs. The SeaFood was delicious, The steak was good enough. Our family's first time there, so we will try it again for a better review. Calamari was delicious as were the Mozzarella sticks!! 🙂

Excellent dining experience. The atmosphere, service and food was great. Very good menu for traditional foods, including sea food, steak and pasta. The appetizer menu was very good too. Nice place for drinks or dining. Reserving a table was also easy online.
