Review Culina - Los Angeles

Chris Devers
Stayed at the Four Seasons and tried their restaurant, Culina, out. Top notch service that you'd expect at the Four Seasons, with extensive wine knowledge by our dinner servers, Joe and Kristoff, and the dedicated support staff. The menu offerings and recommendations were delicious for both breakfast and dinner. The decor is top notch, and the space offerings your choice of ambience are tastefully defined. Indoor dining room was bold and spacious. The al fresco options elevate the experience. Lush, tranquil, and inviting. Isadore Sharp would be proud of this establishment. Totally recommend!

I had a great dinner here and thought it was amazing. The ambiance is very beautiful and service is excellent. The menu also has some items that can be made vegan, I tried the tomato soup from the in-room dining menu. Menu, I tried the focaccia, and they made me a pasta. That was excellent. The sun's there by the glass is to die for.

Perfect evening !!! From the moment we arrived, hostess acknowledged my birthday. The dining room atmosphere was relaxing with the music and lighting. Food was superb. Flavours amazing. Pasta dishes, chocolate cake ( best I’ve had in a long time ) and cocktails Can’t not write this review without mentioning our server JUAN. His personality added to our evening and had us laughing all night. His team including bartenders and other staff need to be acknowledged as well. Culina , well done. Our evening was one for the books and will be remembered forever. Looking forward to returning next time we are in LA.

This was one of the best places I have visited. The place has an amazing vibe and really romantic. The servers were really polite and warm, felt quite homely. We had some allergies and they accommodated so well to them. And there was no compromise on the food, the best pizza I have had. Other dishes were really sumptuous and filling too. And they gave a really nice birthday surprise too. Really made my day 💯 Highly recommended.

Brilliant restaurant in a fantastic atmosphere, oozing a signature Four Seasons relaxation coupled with highly gustative restoration at very reasonable prices. The outdoor seating is very calm and feels isolated (in a positive way). The food is up to Four Seasons standard and the menu is both varied and well balanced. Highly recommended spot in Beverly Hills!

Located in the beautiful Four Seasons Hotel is this charming caffe. Service was great! Drink selections are fantastic! Definitely recommend whether you’re staying in the hotel or you feel like treating yourself.

Great place to satiate your carb demand. Perfect ambience and service, and taste that matches price and the ambience. It's in four seasons. No more comments are needed. The hotel does not have parking spots for those who don't stay in the hotel, but there are plenty of free street parkings nearby.

Dining at Culina at the Four Season in Beverly Hills has been so far the best dining experience in Los Angeles. A beautifully decorated restaurant with outdoor and indoor seating, surrounded by greens, dimmed lighting, and live music. Excellent and friendly service from our host, waiter, and server assistance. Overall a friendly and genuine staff which is what Four Seasons stands for, they will make you feel at home. The beautiful outdoor pizza oven next to the terrace gave me the hint that I was ready for a night with delicious pizza and amazing food. But it wasn't average at all. From Skinny pizza topped with smoked salmon and caviar, to truffles with burrata cheese. A 7-course experience that featured fresh ingredients from Southern California, including Santa Barbara Prawns, octopus, grilled scallops and delicate oyster shooters. A display of hard work, detail and passion that I have not seen yet in Los Angeles within an upscale casual Italian restaurant that adds the food to a lavish California twist including the classic Italian homemade pasta, cheeses, black winter truffles, and even an inspired ceviche from Latin America. I had the honor to personally meet Chef Giovanni Spataro, he prepared and delivered each dish adding that Sicilian charm and touch that makes any dining experience even better. The passion and love added to this dinner were beyond what I was expecting to see. Thank you, Chef Giovanni and his team for such a lovely dining experience.

Absolutely wonderful dinner with family. Service was spot on. Cocktails, Appetizers and Dinners all prepared and presented beautifully. Everything was delicious. Salads, pastas, fish, all yummy. Dessert was the perfect finish. All in a very comfortable and pleasant atmosphere.

If you’re looking for a private and quiet lunch in a luxurious setting, this is a great option. The hotel is beautiful and the Restaurant can be accessed from the outside, rather than having to cross the hotel if you are not a guest there. The pan seared tuna was good but slightly overpriced for what it was. The matcha latte was delicious. Great place to catch up with friends!

Highly recommend pizza skinny Danielle (something like that), brocolini, tuna tartare, and this eggplant olive oil bread (a bit too oily, I would get extra toast to spread it out). Located in four seasons, really nice ambience both indoor and outdoor. Cocktails were on the pricier side, but perfect thyming was really good and worth the money! Very unique taste👍 There were parkings across the street and around the neighborhood! Will definitely come back to this place.

Was blessed to have our holiday party in the private room at Culina. From the moment that I arrived this was a perfectly lovely experience. Everyone working at the Four Seasons is a delight! The service is exceptional and I never heard that they could not accommodate a request whether it was to make the steak rare or the salmon well done or to substitute almond milk or coconut milk. The food was absolutely delicious! I can’t wait to go back for another amazing experience!

Was brought there for my birthday brunch and the food was outstanding but the service was even better! Lilly made my day special so if you’re looking for somewhere to celebrate, come here and ask for her. I left a very happy and spoiled lady as you can see.

Loved the night time ambience outside patio area with the modern torches. Great place to take a date. Service was great and the wine list! Food was good but not great. My friends and I went to bar after dinner for cocktails and great place to unwind to chat the night away! They have live music with a guy playing the piano Would definitely recommend the bar area. Will come again just for the ambience ♡ : )

Great staff, great food and great service. The oyster bar is top notch. If it's available, I highly recommend the T-Bone Steak Special! Also this is a great place to celebrity watch.

The best place to dine. All the services are great from the time you drive in until the time you leave. All the various food items. This is the best buffet in town.

The food was amazing and it’s a very beautiful setting. The only reason I didn’t give it a five is because a dog in a purse/bag was in the same room as the food. Don’t think that’s a good idea food safety wise and for people who are allergic to pet dander.

Was lovely. The service was incredible. The food was very good. I enjoyed the octopus and the lamb shank. The side with the lamb was ok. Not thrilling. The beans surrounding my octopus was ok. My husband's Branzino was nice. The bean and slaw mixture with it was interesting--just not a $44 take me to the moon and back dish. The lamb shank was noteworthy. Will definitely go back for that and ask for a side of grilled veggies instead or some sort of rice based risotto. Wine was disappointing. All in all very good. Great ambiance.

Amazing food! Only thing was that we should have been asked before opening the sparkling soda only to know later that we were charged $10.

We celebrated my father's 90th birthday at Culina this afternoon, and everything was absolutely perfect. The food was absolutely divine, bringing an appreciative hush to a talkative family with each new course that was served, and the service was terrific. Bravo!

Thank you to Culina for an amazing week! I did a client event here last week in the lounge and the service and staff went above and beyond! In fact the service and food was so amazing we went back several times for dinner/drinks over the weekend. The manager Smith was in particularly amazing as was Dale the server. Also the bartender with a bun (forgot his name) was awesome as well. Make sure to order the Gnudi, prosciutto baratta pizza or A Modo Mio appetizer. Heading back to NYC and suffering from Culina withdrawal! Thank you for everything!!!
