Pizza Hut

The order took almost 2 hours to come. It was cold. The breadsticks were tough, and dry. Almost not chewable. The stuffed crust pizza was cold. It was like a thin cardboard crust . We ordered extra cheese, and it did not have extra cheese. The stuffed crust part was so overdone it was not soft and glued to the crust. I literally could not eat 1 piece. Oh and we ordered mushrooms, it maybe had 3. Waste of $40.00

Used to be a great place to order from, however delivery has been getting worse. Last order details...( Online ) Ordered at 3:05pm Out for delivery: 3:42 ( via text ) Called at: 4pm Was told will be out to deliver at about 4:10p and was told don't worry it just came out so it's hot. reciept says 3:11p. Arrived: 4:20p, stone cold. Pizza was slightly warm only in the center. ( It was a dinner box) . Won't be ordering anymore from this location. Mainly because they lady lied to me on the phone about it being freshly made. Not bothering to call, the manager on duty usually offers me a dollar off it I have a problem. ( Usually miss sauce lol ) Didn't blame the driver, but she said she just came on shift. Used to be good tho. Really enjoyed the drivers they had. I'm guessing they moved on. If you insist on eating here, just drive and pickup. But check it, sometimes they forget toppings... Not kidding.

On my recent order, I ordered a custom pizza, as well as apple pies and cinnamon rolls. No complaints at all with the main order. But I also ordered, 2 icing dipping cups, and while I was charged for them - they were not delivered. Personnel need to pay closer attention to all details of any order received.
