I don't even know why I review fast food. It's the same everywhere and every state at any location in a rich neighborhood or a poor neighborhood literally it's 50/50 at the food's going to be s*** this is one of my chalipas I got today... You be the judge 🤣🤣🤣

Ordered carry out on the app 6:30 on 12/19 and get the store and it's closed. Went through app was unable to cancel our get a refund. I was charged the meal and the app says the order is complete. I contacted customer service and was promised a refund. Still waiting. 4 months later still no refund and was told I was lying about the whole thing. Recently went back (my mom asked to go) and counter apparently does not accept customer orders. I waited 5 minutes with 4 customers behind me to be told we have to use the kiosk. One elderly gentleman clearly had no idea how to use the kiosk and staff was completely indifferent to him. My Mom wound up helping him. Next time I'm going to Amherst.

We were completely ignored by the staff. We had to place our order on a touch screen with no way to ask questions. We chose to pay with cash and were eventually taken care of by an apparently irritated cashier that had to work...

We drove thru, they were out of Mexican pizza, they were slow, it was raining and I had to keep opening my window because she kept repeating my order wrong. We got our food and went home.

Door dashed tonight and did not follow the directions of extra meat(paid for) for a crunch wrap supreme, and my sons 5 layer burrito only had meat n beans in it,when added extra cheese(paid for) and got none! No mild sauce as requested as well,or even napkins! Smh

Worst taco bell in Lorain County. Ordered crispy chicken cantina tacos and for some reason they had black beans on them which they don't even come with that and a bunch of black juice from it making it a sloppy soggy mess. It's almost like they did it on purpose.

waited 15 minutes at the window for a order while they prepared other peoples mobile orders. you’d assume they’d worry about the people who are in line first, as the line is in the street. staff is incredibly rude too.

Great food, and the service was the fastest we've ever seen.
We just moved out here and tried the taco bell closest to us and we're highly impressed
