Zorro's Villa Rosa Restaurant

This is the ORIGINAL Zorro now 80+ years and still creating simple but fabulous Italian fare - pizza dough made in house and perfect texture - lasagna a must try. Bring your own wine and pay small corkage. Don't go for the ambience, but do go for the authentic tastes ... and of course to speak with the ever flamboyant and utterly original Zorro. Ken

I ordered a pizza and my wife ordered Rigatoni. The pizza was better than anything I have every had. Real Italian food here! All other corporate Italian restaurants cover there food with butter to mask the fact that they don't know how to cook Italian food. The Rigatoni was tender. The meat sauce and Italian sausage was made from scratch. The chef is from Italy. I loved the background music too (Dean Martin).

Amazingly delicious gravy! The real thing! and so is the chef and owner...the real thing! We've returned many times and eaten everything on the menu. Not a big selection but it's all really good. I've read the reviews that have not been as positive, they must have some other agenda because none of what they have written is true. I have no prior or current affiliation or relationship with the restaurant other than being a very satisfied customer.

Everyone has a different taste as how they want their crust...I prefer the thin crispy crust of Zorro's pizza...the Lasagna is the best, Ravioli or whatever your preference is. And you don't overeat by consuming monstrous dishes (good for the heart & belly). My advise, try a different dish each time you eat at Zorro's...I bet you'll find something you really like; love. One great feature is they don't bust your balls $$$ bringing your own wine in. I highly recommend this Cafe.

Hello cafe Zorro, I have nothing but good even great things to say about your food.But a little constructive criticism is needed here if you want to keep my business. was recently at your place the bar was not full but had 5 older gentlemen(and I use gentleman very loosely) I am trying to enjoy a romantic dinner with my girlfriend and the people at the bar plus your waitress were using every swear words I can't even repeat. Im sure if you were enjoying a romantic meal with your spouse in a nice restaurant where you would like more customers you would explain to your waitress and even have a sign saying please no swearing at the bar.I live in the area and would like to keep coming to your restaurant but if this is something that you are willing to tolerate then we will not be coming back. your food is very good. We eat out at some of the best restaurants in and around roseville san francisco . Im sorry I have to say this ,but I believe the future of your business can be undermined by these simple facts we will be back again to enjoy your wonderful food, but if we have to listen to the disgusting vile conversations at your bar one more time it will be our last time at your place sorry to be so blunt.But I want you to succeed in our area
