Customer Service is horrible... Shift Manager Asia is very rude and it’s sad that because they are independently owned they treat people however they feel.... Place Mobile order go to pick it up order not picking up they get the order ring it again and charge me $10 for the exact same order. Still waiting for upper management to give me a call back. Sucks that service differ depends on what side of town you live on.

Nice, very chic McDonald’s location with two self-order kiosks and a drive-thru. Coffee is always good. We’ve come here when most of the tables were clean and times when it was hard to find a clean one. I guess it all depends on the shift on duty. They have two sets of everything in their beverage station, so there’s barely any line to get your favorite drink. Food quality has been consistent, so far. We’ve never had issues finding a parking spot. This one is conveniently located near shops, like Target, and other restaurants.

Obviously having two lanes in little Kilgore is always fast and great for all our morbidly obese citizens craving the broken ice cream. Got my little one her happy meal quickly. The guy at the window was on overtime and didn't enjoy my joke when I asked if that means he's working a mcdouble. Great food for fake beef and service otherwise

The guys had someone walk out on them on a late night but did everything they could to keep it running smoothly. They even gave me a discount for not being a "Karen" because of the wait. I appreciate their hard work here.
