service was ok. was a little disturbed our waitress offered drinks to guests that were seated after us. seems she knew them personally, but that shouldn't matter, right. had the fish and fries. long John silver's is better. best part was/is still the biscuits, unfortunately. and it needs a makeover. still too dark in there. if not for the name, it doesn't seem inviting or lively in there.

I was really unimpressed with the food. My shrimp scampi came dry and hard, even though the other 2 orders at my table were not. Ordered steak, it was over cooked and the pepper on it was excessive. Mashed potatoes were a terrible flavor and texture. The place smelled musty and rancid. Our waiter was personable, which is why I give 3 stars. For what you pay for a meal you would expect much better quality food, definitely won't be back.

I haven't been to Red Lobster in 7 years. I know that because that's how long my husband and I have been together. We decided to go reminisce about how awesome Red Lobster was in the 90s. Here is my review. When we got there we realized, it still looks exactly the same as it did in the 90s. It has a B rating, which was alarming, but we had already hyped ourselves up for some cheddar biscuits, so we were committed. We waited for 20 min to be seen by a host. And it was not busy. My hub finally called the phone number listed on the website. The bartender (who saw us, but never acknowledged or greeted us when we walked in) answered the phone and my husband asked if we could get a hostess or someone to help us out. Finally someone showed up and said they were short staffed. There were about 10-12 tables of folks in the restaurant, and at least 3 or 4 waiters. Our waiter, Jim was super nice and got us drinks and started with appetizer while we checked out the menu. Bottom line, Red Lobster looks exactly the same, probably needs an update, cheddar Biscuits are the best thing about the food there, and next time I want to spend 100 bucks on a night out with my hub, I'm going to Texas Roadhouse or BJs, and maybe even Jack Ryan's. Scallops were overcooked and very funky tasting, shrimp tasted like it came from Long John Silver's, and the salmon was overcooked. Maybe I'll just cook myself, because I can get the Cheddar Biscuits at the grocery store and fresher seafood.

Waitstaff was excellent. Not only was the food mediocre AT BEST.... But the portions compared to price?!?! Wow! Total rip off! Won't be patronizing this establishment again! We should've went to Dudley's Cajun Cafe!!

Excellent... wait staff was terrific and the food was incredible. I had the cheese sticks, wagyu bacon burger, bacon Mac and cheese, and the chips with the lobster sound sauce. Every single item was top notch. I'm not one for eating leftover, but I ate these.

The male server we had was older, polite, kind and very well versed on taking orders. The restaurant was not very busy. Our order took nearly 40 minutes to come out and when it did, it was wrong. Put into the computer wrong. They did what they could to fix it but my son ordered fish and got chicken, they ended up bringing him one piece of fish. The salad was noticeably brown under all the ranch. The biscuits were hot and fresh and delicious. Baked potato was hard and the lobster that went onto the potato was chewy and obviously comes from a frozen bag. The shrimp that goes with the cocktail was so fake. Mashed potatoes and brocolli were not appetizing. The staff was awesome. The food was subpar and disappointing.
