Chipotle Mexican Grill

Staff was friendly and quick, restaurant was clean and inviting. The food as always was good, meaning it meets the Chipotle standard. The price wasn't to bad, even though the food is organic, which is always nice. If you want a healthier, quick option for food, you can't really do much better than Chipotle. I recommend.

I have tried several times to speak with a manager about the service at the Longview location. Today, is the day that I am convinced that I will never return to the location. I am not sure if the workers are aware of the correct portion size. The three bowls I got all had a different issue. One bowl had 5 pieces of steak. The chicken was very dry and I barely had food in my bowl. The guy had to scrape rice from the container to give me one scoop. Let’s just say that we had cereal and milk after eating. I have had food at their Ca location and was able to eat twice.

I have eaten here for years, until recently I enjoyed their service. Since covid, service is sub par, and they want you to use your card only. I use cash and after 3 visits, they've stolen at least $1.50 in change from me. Claiming there's a coin shortage, but it's only effecting this establishment. No matter where I stop, I always get change back, except for Chipotle. Never coming back, don't like the way they're doing business. Just today I tried to use my gift card and cash, they stole $.49 Not much, but it adds up.

4* just from price, but the food was really good. This was our first time trying a Chipotle anywhere. Be careful with the tomatillo sauces,while they are flavorful, they pack a punch. Definitely not complaining, just faith warning. My only complaint for this location is the parking, or lack thereof. The quesadilla and burrito bowls were loaded and great. Sorry I didn't get pics this time.

🤔 No hate towards the food the flavors were great. How ever the staff clearly don't care about customers or their performance attitude. Not to mention to avoid having to refill containers they were giving very small portion servings (not even 3oz of meat) or to be more precise they literally gave me a half serving spoon of chicken 🙄- Plus their signature drinks are just not palatable, not to me any ways.🥴 I expected horchata or mint lemonade for drinks & different veggie options like fajita peppers or grilled diced potatoes even. 🤷 I just feel it was lacking the authentic choices/portions I was expecting from a Mexican restaurant. The flavors were good though so idk maybe it was just a bad day or time to go. I don't recommend the burritos but I do recommend the bowls ! Especially if you're a veggie lover like myself. 😊

I have eaten at Chipotle in DFW; it was actually one of my favorite places to go. However, the place in Longview doesn't qualify as food. Ordered takeout from this place because I live less than a mile away. They were using a separate bar (for takeout / delivery orders) to build my bowl when I got there. I am not really sure it was even heated. The food was cold and disgusting. Manager must have no clue. Never again!
