A beautiful location to sit and eat some tasty offerings. We tried the shrimp pro boy, the sautéed crab claws, the shrimp and mushroom pasta, and a bucket o rum! All were very tasty but the bread was the real standout star. The prices are a bit escalated but that’s to be expected with a waterfront restaurant. Overall a very good restaurant! We will return.
If we could give Steve's Marina Restaurant a 10 we would! We had Mahi Mahi, Flounder, Snapper, Red fish, fried green tomatoes, sweet potato fries and smoked tuna dip with chips. Our server, Conner, was very friendly and knowledgeable and kept our drinks full! Definitely a place to stop and come back for more!
Took our fishing catch from our charter trip to Steve's, had half of it fried and the other blackened. It was outstanding! Drinks (strawberry margaritas and beach bucket) were outstanding. Food was plentiful and service was very attentive.
We were visiting the area and are gluten intolerant. Steve's had many options for us which was a blessing. The staff were very friendly, and our server Maritza (spelling?) was just awesome. She was very attentive, knowledgeable about the gluten issues, fun to chat with and was just friendly and awesome all around. We sat outside and enjoyed the awesome view and weather the Gulfport area has to offer. I failed to get any pictures of the food because we ate them before we thought of it :) Thank you Maritza for making our first experience at Steve's a great one.

My husband and I stopped in and the outdoor seating view we had was priceless for starters. It was our 1st visit there and it was far above our expectations. We ordered the seafood nachos for appetizers yum 😋 they were crabmeat & shrimp and the sauce they use their au gratin sauce . Delicious 😋 I ordered the red bean plate with sausage & fried catfish on the side , the hubbie orders a fish po boy and it was yummie . He’s very picky about po boy breads and this bread was so so soft , they say they get bread delivered 3 times a week . It’s obvious b/c it was so fresh . The presentation of the food , the quality of the food and the prices of the food are all great . The only thing is they don’t serve bread at all with their red beans BUT you can order the bread by the loaf $2 - so I’m thinking b/c the bread is so good they encourage you to buy the loaf . We didn’t but the food was overall THE BEST ! If you haven’t been I encourage you to go and try it . We’ve passed this little gem up many of times & decided to stop in was all well worth it & our server was punctual , very nice and made great suggestions . Again, our view by the water just sealed the deal for us .
I know Steve's is known for its seafood, but I have to give them a 5-Star rating for their steak! The 5 ounce filet I enjoyed was fork tender and cooked to perfection. Add to it the friendliness of the staff and the lovely spot on Long Beach's marina, and we will definitely be back!
PS seeing a dolphin in the vacant marina was a lovely surprise!
You know a restaurant is good when you and your family drive 3 hours(one way) to have lunch at your favorite beachside joint! Steve's never disappoints! Driving down from Brandon, MS just to eat lunch seemed crazy, but after that first bite of the Mahi Mahi fish tacos we remembered how much it was worth it to take a day trip to the coast for lunch! Thank you for always having phenomenal food and our server (I wish I remembered his name) was amazing and personable as well! 👏🏼
