It was horrible! The lady that works at midnight is horrible! Bad customer service! Refuse to service me in anyway! Keep saying she didn’t have this or that! And it’s every time I go in there and she there she never know what to do or that everything is broke down! I never had a problem with 7/11 until she started working! On Cherry and south they need to review the workers that work there!

The female that is on the clock right now should be fired she is very very rude and disrespectful. Ask her a question about a product she mentioned and i replied what is that? Instead of giving detail she says I don't know and then slams the register close and walks away like f me! She was even rude and highly disrespectful super unprofessional to the children that were behind me. Which is way out of line! She definitely is an embarrassment to your establishment! She's is so very lucky that I know how to mind my matters. But she did itch my ignorance.😡

The women associate on duty pepper sprayed my daughter and myself while trying to pepper spray a mentality unstable customer. Instead of trying to defuse the situation she argued and became rude with the customer. She never once tried to make a report or ask if we needed any medical help!!

Love the taquitos but owner didn't want to get me some new ones or even put some in the microwave... it's all about customer service and I feel he didn't do that for me... it's the little things that go a long way
