I worked across the street from the breakers. Engineer Home Savings building for 6yrs. Had dinner at the top when it was restraunt with Belly dancers. Are they keeping the gun turret at the top which was to watch for japanese planes when Pearl harbor was attack. I had a tour of this area with the Engineer in 1999.
