Just wanted to give a shout-out to John at this location, I believe good work should be acknowledged as should less than acceptable work be addressed. He definitely changed my perspective on pizza huts, due to his amazing customer service.

Pizza Hut always offers hot, fresh food and kind customer service. They treat me nice and make me feel like a real person. Other businesses in this area often make me feel like less than a person.

Nothing. I rarely recommend restaurants, particularly pizza places. Seriously, everyone already knows whether or not they like Pizza Hut. None of my friends lives close to this particular outlet, so it is unlikely that I would recommend it to anyone. Still, I did choose "agree".

The food is always good I just have to go to the facility to order the food if not it will take you an hour and a half

I requested contact free pickup for my order of a large pizza, bread sticks, and an extra order of sauce. I found out once I got home that I did not receive the 2nd order of sauce for the bread sticks, but I was charged for it.

It was easy to place the order online and when I arrived there was no wait because the order was ready as stated in the estimated time. The staff was courteous and I was in and out the location in minutes. The location was nice and clean including the working area which I could see from the counter. Very enjoyable experience and to top it off the food was fresh and pleasing to the eye.

Ordered 2 large stuffed pizzas and side order of pasta. After waiting a hour and a half, called the store. Young female answered and stated yes your order has been sitting here for over 30 minutes for pickup. I stated it was to be delivered, she informed me no it was placed as pick-up. She was VERY rude and stated they could remake it and deliver it and it will be an additional 45-60 minutes because they are busy now. I would think if a large order was sitting there for over 30 minutes, I would call the customer instead of letting all that food, over $50 order, go to waste. I guess it is useless to make an account etc. with them because it's obvious they don't check it or anything because if they did, they could see I've always ordered same thing and have never picked up, always have it delivered.
I'm sure it could take less then another hour to have this rectified also and definitely drop the rudeness and attitude from this worker. It's now been over two hour and a half since this all began so we will see how much longer until my food arrives. TBC
