I have been coming to this location for the last 5 years to buy gas and coffee; 3- 4 times a week. But, the last years was turning really dangerous stopping in this store, except for the morning time. In the last 3 months, I have seen a great improvement, there’s less people causing trouble outside the store. The new manager tries hard to keep this store clean and safe. I really like the new employees who work as a great team and keep the customers safe, and make me feel welcome every time I come to the store. Thanks, I will keep coming 👍

The Hispanic female manager not only has poor people skills but is very rude to customers an to emplyees also. She has horrible customer service skills. The way she treats customers an some of the employees is unacceptable an she should be removed as a manager and from the store too. She needs to be retrained an is not manager material with the way she interacts with customers an other employees!!!!

They literally never pick the phone up when you call, they never have any wings in stock and honestly their selection is trash compared to the other two nearby. They close randomly even though they say it's 24 hours. There is a HUGE group of homeless always gathered there. I don't even feel comfortable walking there without my boyfriend because of how many homeless are sitting outside. Go to any other 7-11 in the area, trust me it's worth it. We have lived down the street for 3 years and it just isn't worth it. I would rather go to the one that's half a mile away.

This place needs to close. The homeless and crackheads have taken over. It’s unsafe and filthy dirty. The employees are generally pretty nice, except the management. It’s truly an eyesore in this neighborhood. I would not go there past dark. It seems very dangerous.

Gas prices are exceptionally higher than everywhere else in long beach and it would appear they have, without notice, permanently closed this past week.

I just walked down to this 7-Eleven only to find it closed with a sign saying “closed 10 p.m.- 6 a.m.” This store is one of the worst of the chain. I only shopped here out of convenience and they sell me winning scratchers. A store that is supposed to be open 24/7 should be open. I’ve put up with the homeless that hang out there, the cashier passing me a counterfeit $5 bill and the general filthy condition this store is in but after tonight I’m done. I’ll go to the one in Orange and Broadway. Btw, it’s not the employees fault. It’s definitely the upper management. The employees do a great job dealing with the constant harassment by the homeless and they always have a smile and good word for customers. Corporate needs to look at ownership here.
