This place is close to my work, so I go here every other day. It has okay customer service, fairly quick and friendly. However, they cheap out on the premium sandwich contents. The steak melt I ordered was half the thickness I get from the Torrance location near my home.

Came to get the Autumn Carved Turkey as I had the day before and the lady says they don't have it because it's in the "freezer"!?. The place is very clean and the sandwich artists are very polite and nice.

They're sing says they open at 7 am but they NEVER do they always open at 7:30 am so dont be tricked ....also dont expect to be in and out quick when old man Magee is doing your sandwich....idk how hes still working here....

I loved the service and how nice and polite the employees were however I did not receive my cookies or drink and I had to pay about $14 for the meal.I thought the cookies were in the bag but when I came home I checked and they weren't even in the bag nor did I get my drink.I am very disappointed and stressed worst expirence.

Very clean, no waiting, great service . Fast efficient, pleasant and friendly. Sandwich was prepared exactly like I ordered it. Counter person was able to handle 2 customers at once and not miss a beat. Meats and produce were kept at the right temperature and looked and tasted fresh
Restroom was clean and graffiti free. Lots of parking available and close to store.

Usually this store (willow/long beach blvd) has good customer service. Unfortunately on that day, the 1st part, the server was very rude. I was disappointed. It was so bad someone else had to relieve her and they took over the order. After that, the next server was very professional.

I've came here quite a few times and all times have been good experiences. Nothing out of the ordinary but I will say I have gone to the one on Atlantic, near, Jordan High, and they've actually skimped out on some of the ingredients. My sub of choice is the, Spicy Italian sub, I also like their, Brocolli Chedder soup. The place is clean, looks like they hire high school kids so that's kind of nice of the guy who runs it.
