Mcdonald's

I just sent to this McDonald’s and I was shocked by how rude all the staff are. The guy taking the orders at the drive through kept rushing our group to order. The young lady who handed us our food basically through the food in the car without asking if we needed any sauce or to verify that our bag contained everything we ordered. We also asked for a cup of iced water and it was not given. We tried to get the girls attention but she purposefully ignored us. Not only did she avoid us but when she finally came back to the window she threw another bag of food in my car (that I didn’t order) walked away realized what she did and asked for the bag back without ever asking us is we needed anything. To top everything off the manager was there watching tho whole situation and never said a word. After we left and started to distribute our food to the group we found our burgers wrapped unprofessional. The picture I have attached is how I pulled out the burger. It was not mishandled by me or anyone in my car. Over all it kinda grossed me out. 10/10 would not recommend.

Drive through today around 1:10pm. Placed order. My burger, 2a plain add lettuce. I confirmed on the screen. They added onions and pickles. Weird. Drove back and went inside because drive through was now very long. Inside cashier seemed new. She took a credit card from a customer on a piece of paper (illegal). I told her about my issue with my order. She said no worries. Meat cheese lettuce. Then two seconds later I heard her say to the kitchen meat and lettuce. The burger came out with no cheese. This cashier seems to have no training and can't comprehend basic orders. I feel bad for the rest of the team having to waste time making extra/wasted food. I also feel bad making other customers wait longer for my food because it had to be prepared 3 times. Really bad.

Well been over a year at this McDonald's due to pandemic issues...Well the Remodel is Not user friendly...Most chairs are locked in position...Menu at Kiosk and over counter only!... Employees are very helpful...Not busy on Monday after 4pm...I gave and bought hamburgers for homeless inside ...Alls Well at this location 4th & Bonita...Will shop here once a month...Thks B Safe

Unacceptable, I got ripped off! My oatmeal bowls were dirty, and i got less than half the bowl of oatmeal. I waited in the drive thru for a while, with no one else there, thinking they were closed, but 4 minutes later heard a ladies voice. This was at 6:15am. To make sure i wasn't there too early, I asked the guy what time they opened, they said 4:30. That's three strikes all in one visit! By far the worse experienve i ever had at a mcdonalds, and i go once a week to a other locations. My first time at this trash location though. I will pass this mcdonalds to go to others for sure.
