I have been going to this place for years and they continue to keep the good food coming. I usually get their red snapper (which is amazing) but I’ve been reading reviews about the jumbo shrimp and I tried those with their fish combo (I got catfish). The jumbo shrimp is really good, cooked well, good flavor. The catfish was good as well but it wasn’t as good as the red snapper. There’s always a bit of a wait here, but it’s work it. Only downside is the parking. The lot gets full fast and the street does too, so good luck. Calling in the order may help with the wait if the line isn’t busy. Either way, you won’t regret the trip.

Most definitely would not recommend the gumbo. The chicken is a Lil to hard and seasoned to my liking. Tastes different from the Louisiana chicken on 52nd and Atlantic Ave.

The Best fish and chicken, in Long Beach CA. The cat fish and it's tartar sauce and Louisiana sauce, is deliciously GOOD!
