Absolutely horrible. I'm not overexaggerating when I say this is the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to.
Only come to this Burger King if you're in the mood to be rushed by angry employees, have all the time in the world and can wait 20+ minutes for your food, enjoy cold burgers and fries, and to top it off receive the incorrect order.
I'd rather go hungry than visit these obese and angry employees.

My experience was not great at all. First the hispanic/Latinx woman (who looked like a manager) in the drive through window was VERY rude and impatient. I arrived at around 10:45PM and the don't close until 12:00AM. There was no need for the impatience. Then I ordered a Whopper melt and I asked verbatim "is the mayo on the sandwich." I made it clear I didn't want mayo. The lady told me no, but what she didn't mention is that the sauce on the sandwich is made of ketchup, relish, and MAYO! WTH! I wound up eating only fries for dinner.
This Buger King rarely gets business and I understand why.the service is TERRIBLE. I won't be back, because customer service is everything so whoever trained these people should be fired.
I am extremely disappointed. I also plan to contact corporate because I have had one too many negative experiences at this Burger King.

Literally this place always guves cold food, its never fresh! I wouldnt be surprised if they all lost their jobs for the terrible service and cold food. No wonder it always looks empty here. Cold and dirty.

I got a side salad that had old lettuce and tomatos ...my salad has brown yellow and white pieces inside...the parts i would throw away if i was making my own salad...My kids didn't get ketchup for their fries or sauce for their nuggets...but the salad was not eaten..

Food is never really hot ever, no matter how many times i visited. Staff especially management looks stressed and overworked everytime.

Until they take it serious or have they employees be SOP’d then I wouldn’t come here unless you really don’t care . THE FOOD IS COLD ! Ahah rather then cooking it fresh or maybe warming up which people would rather have fresh warm food
They giving me twice now cold food ahah regular burger an Frieda nothing extra lmao soo if I were you don’t go this Burger King drive some where else or drive to a WAAAAY BETTER LOCATION then this one . Ay Burger King get your workers some energy ahah or pay more so we the customer can get a good service .. I know business is tough but come on now aha
