I order a pastrami, I watched the cook take old pastrami meat put it on a plate. Then he went to back for some fresh pastrami meat he cooked then added the old pastrami meat to the grill. Also they didn't give a receipt. And no plastic glove on. I will not ever go there again.

Ordered burger with NO bacon but got bacon anyway. Ordered ahead. Still waited 10 mins alone in line. Cook is standing in kitchen smacking on burger while I'm waiting. Never going back. Don't eat pork so easily could gave gotten sick.

If 0 stars was an option that would be my review. I ordered on the phone for a chicken strip plate and chicken plate. Told me it would be 20 minutes. When I got there I waited another 30 Minutes! The cook was talking with the cashier. Not cooking anything. Until about 15-20 minutes. I watched him heat up the chicken real quick It tasted nasty fries had no flavor, I got 2 of the smallest onion rings, and the "Texas toast" was a small HARD old dinner roll. I have NEVER been so disappointed Ina meal ever. Will never ever go back here!!!

Bathroom is nasty and the cook is using no gloves and price is way to high. I remember get fries for $1 in 2003 when I was in middle, i use to go to Franklin middle, after school i use to go there a lot. Now the big bag cost to much and for a small fries. I do no go there no more and that place is dirty. I'm 30 years no and still I do not go there no more. That place need a update and new Bathroom

6/21/2022 at 9:30 PM in Long Beach on 7th street. I went over there with some friends and our food (tortas) smelled a bit off so we asked the cashier if she could simply check it out but she yelled at us stating that she wasn’t our server. We ordered our food from her! She stated that she didn’t smell anything wrong even though we had ordered these many times before and knew they were bad. Since she wouldn’t switch our food, we practically had to BEG for our money back.

Charged close to ten bucks for cheese fries that didn't even have half a handful of cheese. It was seriously laughable. I got charged with chili cheese fries with no chili rather than just fries with cheese and ultimately didn't get either. Very frustrating.

I ate at the Dans all through college and it was a favorite for me and my friends. Great diner food at great prices and a fantastic Pepsi mix (usually prefer coke but they have a nice mix of syrup to soda that’s awesome). Highly recommend!!
