Golden Spoon

Sign out front “Hot Dogs” caught my eye. Stopped in to purchase , in addition to Honey Milk Tea. Disappointed!! Both my Dog and Bun were cold. Bun was also hard. I immediately tossed it in to the Trash can. The man behind the counter watched me do so. Informed him of issue . His sole response was to ask me to now sit down while he looked up how to make my drink.

I had such an amazing experience here with the help of a WONDERFUL young lady named Bella. She was so sweet and helpful and went out of her way to give me some delicious samples of their WONDERFUL tasting milk tea. Also, had some frozen yogurt and it was DELICIOUS. They have daily deals plus a reward program Who doesnt love that?! Overall amazing place- great service, great product/prices, and great clean atmosphere! Definitely my new go-to spot! Thanks Bella!!!

It's hard to rate places during a pandemic because I am stuck between "do i rate the place on COVID protocols" or on "Just biz as usual". . Personally I think for any place that's serving food or drinks I'm more concerned about covid-19 protocol. as far as for golden spoon the business, I've never been a huge fan of the frozen yogurt. It's not the best yogurt I've had, but when you really have a sweet tooth and it's near every place you're shopping at, it's the "sure that will do" spot. The toppings are never anything fresh. Usually it's candy, jellies and granola that they can leave out for weeks at a time without having to replace. With that being said, it wasn't a five-star place to begin with.. Now on to COVID protocols and safety, Bare minimum is the order here. The last time I went, the woman that worked there wasn't even wearing a mask and then placed one on, after I stared with a puzzled face.. The only new thing is a giant bottle of hand sanitizer, if you choose to use it. The toppings are all open, no covers, and the same spoon to scoop them is used by Everyone (with no sanitizing between customers). The yogurts are still self serve, and none of the handles were sanitized between customers. Once you've gotten your cross-contamined yogurt and toppings, you get to grab your spoon from an open jar of unwrapped spoons and touch the least amount of spoons as possible to grab one for you to indulge in your cold sugary treat. To take the cake, another customer decided to start eating theirs while paying, so masks clearly are Not enforced, nor is social distancing. They offer delivery through the usual delivery apps, but the unmasked women will most likely be filling your order ,so good luck on that one.

We came by at 9:35 PM because the google info said they were open until 10PM. When we got there their sign said they close at 9:30PM. They had everything cleaned up and ready to go, but they invited us in and let us get our goodies. My daughter even spilled toppings and they were very gracious. Over and above on customer service.
