We got the chilaquiles with rice and beans, ground beef and shredded beef hard shell tacos. Everything was really good, the shredded news tacos have a better taste that the ground beef but both good. The only thing we didn’t like was the rice. It was a little hard without a good taste so we didn’t eat it but everything else was good. Was our first time here and we will be back.

Service was ok. Their food is mediocre and pricey. Carne asada isn’t seasoned and they use tougher/leaner cuts of beef. Guacamole is like the prepackaged stuff from Costco. It’s a bummer that Long Beach has so many bad food places.

The positive reviews are true: good tasting food in a cozy place, with friendly prices. The owner is right there taking your order, taking care of business with a nice attitude.

There wasn't anyone in there considering that the high school kids were getting out. We got our order rather quickly and it was a lot of food for the price.

NIce section of food and great delicious soups. Perhaps has about 8 tables, most for two clients per table. I noticed they didn't wipe down the tables when clients left the tables. Bring your own disinfectant to wipe down the tables. And like kristi Wyffels noted in the review, no masks were worn by the staff that worked behind the public counter.

I wish I would have seen the previous review as it’s true no staff were wearing masks!! Not stepping foot in this place again. It’s a shame cuz food is good but those workers have zero protection just a flimsy partition in front of cashier area disgraceful! Customer beware!

Well, first of all, it wasn't until I picked up my food that I realized none of their staff- even food peppers, was wearing a mask. In LA County you are required to wear a mask indoors now, even if the private business doesn't require this. I would at least expect the staff there to be wearing masks, regardless of their beliefs. As for the food, bland! Have been there before pre-pandemic & food was much tastier. Depends on what you order I guess.
