Today was my first time eating at this location and I will say I was a disappointed in the service . First off our server was quick to take our drink order but after that it became slow . My chicken tortilla soup had no chicken :-( Secondly , we had to constantly keep an eye out for our waitress in order to ask for anything and when we did it took about 20 minutes to receive it . Lastly, when we decided we wanted to pay , we had to wait 25/30 minutes to pay . It was not crowded at all yet the service wasn’t what it should be . The entree we received were hot so that’s why I came them an additional star. I felt as though I had to serve myself . If we needed refills we had to play hide and seek with our server. She rarely came to check on how we were doing . Lastly , as we went to pay check finally they overcharged me and then tried to fix it by paying another groups check. I am shocked that a manager would allow such bad service to be okay.Overall, I would not recommend this location to eat at unless you have 3 hours to eat food.

Worse service I have ever had. Took 10 minutes for the waitress to take a drink order. I ordered a 3 Combo meal. 2 cheese enchiladas and a taco. Don't know where the cheese was, enchiladas where flat. Putting cheese on the top doesn't make it a cheese enchilada. Girlfriends fahitas never showed up by the time I talked to the manager 10 minutes later. She wanted to explain something to me with a half full restaurant. Instead of offering to correct the situation she said fine and walked off in a huff. Poor service and the manager needs to be trained on customer service and how to talk and act with customers who aren't happy.
