Cold Stone Creamery

We waited for 15+ minutes to be served, to have someone come in after us and cut in line. When I tried to point it out, the employees and customer ignored me. My son was excited to eat ice cream here, and now we'll never go back due to the trash customer service. We took our money to one of the local creamery's instead; they have way better customer service than here.

this past weekend i came to coldstone and it was my very first time, and a beautiful sweet young lady named nicole helped me out, she was so understanding, and allowed me to sample whatever i wanted and walked me through all the signatures, i felt so bad because we spent like 10 minutes discussing the signatures but she was super patient and super kind, i went with a got to have it “cheesecake fantasy” but i replaced the ice cream for mint, and the blue berries and strawberries for brownies and chocolate chips, if you ever visit, i 10/10 recommend!!! we were making small talk as she made my ice cream and she honestly felt like my daughter! she was so kind, seeing a young lady so energetic was so refreshing. if management is reading this, she’s a keeper!!! never let her go!!! if you stop by coldstone, ask for nicole, she will provide the best customer service you have ever experienced!!

Less than satisfactory/Overwhelming Less than Poor customer service/training Except for One Individual employee that Stood Out and had Above Great customer service. All the new employees don't know what they're doing & constantly ruin orders & the last time I visited after they ruined my order they refused to remake/fix order. This location was my frequent (regular) go to for quite some time but after this last visit I may not be returning to this location nor other coldstone locations. 👎👎👎
