This was my first time eating at Arby's. I got the boneless hot honey wings with crinkle cut fries. The wings were perfect and tasted great. They did a good job making sure they were covered in the sauce. The fries were crispy and good. The staff was friendly and the service was quick.

The best Arby's I've ever been to! The fries were hot and fresh and crunchy. The sandwiches were hot and look like they were made for a commercial! Dining room was nearly spotless in the bathroom was the nicest Harvey's bathroom I've ever seen, lol. Overall great experience will be back 10 out of 10

I’ve never been a big fan of Arbys but I do have to say the value in these meals is incredible due to the supersized portions, service was kind of slow but they looked to be short staffed so I’d rather it be slower service instead of a totally messed up order. No worries though because in the end the order was perfect and the staff did a great job!

Seems the sandwich never looks like the one on the window poster. That said it was a good fish sandwich and the service was good too. Note there are two kinds, cheddar and classic with tarter sauce. I liked the latter better as the cheddar is just Velveeta, kinda bland.

The clerk at the drive thru was very rude from the moment you drove to the speaker to order and at the window. Wow. Must be having a really bad day.

If I could give zero I would. I left with no food, the worst customer service to the point that I was scared for my safety and left crying. The two managers working tonight should be fired immediately. The man was screaming in my face. Insulting me, threatening me. There were no other customers, they were not closing or doing any tasks. Seemed like they were on drugs. They need to be fired before they hurt someone. To give you an idea…I am a 35 yr old woman who lives in Lone Tree. Rushing to grab food at 8:30pm on a week night after a long day of work and HOA tasks. Trying to get food and go home…fire him before he hurts someone and this branch is closed for good.
