Chipotle Mexican Grill

If you are going to charge an extra 2.75 for guacamole you should make sure you actually put it in the burrito bowl thank you very much.. I will be sticking with qdoba I guess..they don't charge for guacamole and they make sure they put it in there..also my door dasher said there was not a soul in there yet he waited for 25 minutes once he arrived for my food..I think they forgot my tomatillo salsa too. Very dry and flavorless today..how hard is your job?!

Not ONE of your young high school employees have been able to properly roll a burrito during my last 5 visits to your location. Normally this isn’t that big of a deal that warrants a negative review- but when your burrito is twice as wide as it is tall, not sealed (not even close) on ANY side (including the foil), and resembles a large soft taco in shape, something needs to be said. This visit it completely fell apart immediately upon picking it up and I had to request a bowl to put it in. Total mess and changes the flavor as well. To the manager: take the next Sunday morning you have, gather your team before opening, and hold a meeting teaching how to execute a basic job function of a Chipotle restaurant- rolling burritos. I work in the area and will drive out of my way to visit a different location from now on.

Their chips are always disgusting. 5/6 times I ordered from here the chips are terrible. Very hard, not seasoned well. Twice they have been so hard they were inedible. I am not sure what they are doing to make chips that bad. Also twice the whole burrito bowl just had an off taste. They also failed to seal the bag once for door dash (sticker was there but off to the side bag wide open). I am a huge fan of Chipotle and this one just sucks. Chipotle was a consolation prize for me when they shut down Aaron Bros formerly at that location. Bring back Aaron Bros!

How did delivery schedule to pick up, $350 worth of food. The order is on the table and the lady tells me that it's ready to go but she can't give it to me until 10:45, so you've got hot food ready early but you're going to make it sit and wait for another 7 minutes... It's the first Chipotle that's not open their doors a little early for a large order so to anyone thinking of ordering Chipotle especially catering might want to pass on this location. *Update* they opened the door 2 minutes late to let me get the order and then we're somehow angry with me like they were frustrated at having to do so much work in the morning to put together a catering order. Whoever's in charge of this location needs to take a good hard look at this crew and think about making some staffing changes.

Ordered a salad, chips and queso via the app. Food was delivered very quickly, but when preparing the salad, they obviously forgot to put the lettuce in the bowl, so they stuffed it in the side. The chips were stale. $21 and I threw the whole thing out. When I submitted feedback they offered me a reward entree. I told them I wanted a refund. Crickets! Terrible place.

Online orders are always late at this location so much so that I don't order here anymore. The solution is simple for this location, currently the employees wait until they have 5 or so orders ready before they bring them out to the pickup location. Just bring them out more often, there are consistently people waiting 10 + minutes past the scheduled pickup time because of this.
