Ordered an ice cream cake for grandson’s birthday and was able to customize to specific flavors of ice cream and cake flavor as well as illustration and decoration. Crew was absolutely wonderful, from placing the order to pick up. The cake decorator even called me to ask questions and make sure it was exactly as we wanted it. Grandson was really happy and cake was delicious. Thank you so much Cold Stone at Lone Tree!!

I love this place! However I'm not supposed to eat ice cream, so if you don't tell anybody I won't. This cold stone is fantastic the staff is extremely helpful and willing to make any crazy combination you can come up with. They also have an incredible display of chocolate-covered treats as well as caramel apples! Don't miss the place!

Ordered two love it's. Receipt said two love it's. This is what arrived in delivery. Weirdest part was it was the second time in a week.....I guess it's like coldstone so it is what you get. But make sure you go in person so you don't get ripped off (or just don't go at all)

The young men working in here were fantastic. Christian, in particular, Gave my daughter a treat after inquiring about our night and learning we were traveling for a medical procedure for our little girl. Totally unexpected and very appreciated.

Tried to take my toddler for a special treat. Needless to say we will no longer be supporting this facility. My daughter has a sever nut allergy. We walked into a place that was once a safe place. To find a sign stating they will no longer serve allergy requests. A food allergy is completely out of a person's control. And it is a hard thing for a child to understand. Very disappointed in the owner of this cold stone.
